You could be like a spiraling hurricane
You could break me with a blustery guise
You could give false hope, with your stormy eyes
Your briefest existence, could be my bane
You could control me, with your lightning reign
You could deal, my dark destructive demise
Your cloudy skies, could eclipse my sun rise
Your thunderous claps could drive me insane

Not my true love; you’re a sublime azure sea
My true love’s eyes are serene and cloudless
Like the ocean through time our love will endure
My true love’s trade winds will never hurt me
Like the ocean’s tide our love is doubtless
On your calm shore I am always secure
