I see you as I'm cleaning tables.
I try not to make eye contact,  you feel my presence. I can't help myself, I'm drawn to you, Like a child drawn to the jingle of keys. A feeling this strong is not foreign, but I question it. I've never fallen in love so quickly, sorta like i was struck down by lighting. At first sight! how clichΓ©... I clean tables near you just to get closer, the check is on the table! I haven't got much time! You stand up, take your last sip of water, place the glass cup ever so gently on it's coaster.  I'm frozen in fear, I can not move, I can not speak. Helplessly, I watch as u walk out the door. My heart, it breaks, but then again who could love a busser anyways.
This actually happened while I was bussing tables at red lobster,  I felt so helpless and it made/ruined my whole day
