Despair and desolation
Hello again, my friends
Or should I say, my enemies
I see you again

I wander lonely as a cloud
I'm tired of isolation
I remember just now Stockholm
I miss that little nation

And I remember Ireland
Dublin's pumping pubs
Fr. Greeley I spoke near Kells
(He was a fan of the Cubs)

Bangkok was a blast
Yesterday I ate gouda
In Thailand I ate som tam
And now, I invoke the Buddha.

When I heard the learned ethics professor
Proclaim "There are no moral facts"
Quickly I sat up, my ears attentive,
My mind focused and even frenzied.

I listened to him lecture, turned in my paper
And then walked into society
Where I gazed in perfect silence
At all of the passing people.

Relatively calm today
Cranberry juice and Sprite

English breakfast tea
Strawberries delight

Paul is Chinese and Catholic
We spoke the other night

He said there is a reason for us meeting
I hope that Paul is right

If Unitarians were to awaken after death and begin walking, when they came to a crossroads they would pause.

If they saw a sign with an arrow that read:

                  This way to Heaven

And another sign with an arrow pointing a different direction that read:

   This way for a discussion about whether
               or not there is a Heaven


They would follow the arrow to the
                          discussion.

Maybe take myself less seriously
