On
You
Are not
On
The bed but
I
Kiss you in the pillow
Mohd Arshad May 2016
You
Though
You
Are
Not
Here
I
Smell
You
Like
Odour
Of
Blossoms
Of
April
And
Feel
You
Like
The
Breeze

After searching for long
I finally got the beggars:
WhatsApp and Facebook.
Every night I gave them
Poems of different taste.
I write many so I have
And they are nowhere.
I don't know whether
They eat them up or not.
Honestly I am giving alms.
Common people have lost interest in poetry

In politics
Promise dies silently
And dead body is placed in a museum for generations

Haiku
Is a chip
But only of 100kb

That day the rain had knocked at my window
And you, in a pink frock, took me to the street

Arms in arms, we ran, slipped and laughed
Like kids in shorts rejoicing each droplet

On a white horse you had leapt as it raced
And I froze thy smile in a selfie, kissing thy neck

We had fried chicken in a motel, rain still falling
And you crept to me, with a little bit shivering

Today pattering is very high and I, at my window
Leafs through Romance in Rain  at quick speed

On the table you are smiling and I am in your fold
And outside the roads are bleak like wilderness

You would have sipped the splashing moment
Bringing me close to your lips, waiting to be doused

Patience
Is the pole of faith
Make it stronger to keep the latter alive
