Lost
marshmallow Mar 2015
I saw you in my dreams
Standing akimbo afar from me
Quite ominous as it seems
For you silhouette the darkness I see

I saw you and you saw me
We met gazes in the dark
I notice fear and ecstasy
As your eyes held its spark

I closed my eyes and I wonder
As confusion took over me
I stood there, began to hamper
Thinking of a certain way to flee

I never asked for any of this
nor did I wish it to be real
For everything's just gone amiss
When feelings over spill

I counted seconds, a minute passed
Shook my head as my eyes bats
Feelings cast with broken trust
Shame on me, myself I disgust

You stood there, still as a stone
And I saw smile etched your face
I struck amazed, shivering to the bone
As I woke up to realize this isn't my place

Flamboyant Sadness
marshmallow Feb 2015
Stars scintillates in the sky
in this somnolent night
while i muse upon my plight
with bated breath, i sigh

There's no sign of gaiety
only a flamboyant sadness
in a state of anxiety
that's difficult to suppress

My eyes becomes misty
with tears that fall like rain
Trying hard to refuse self pity
in order to cope up with this pain

I can no longer paint a smile
and my eyes fails to shine
My heart cease to throb for a while
'cos you're now no longer mine

Tears dripping from my eyes
Swelled with too much bitterness
Here, my tormented heart lies
As i wandered in gaping loneliness..

Unknown Fate
marshmallow Feb 2015
I faked my smile
to wear a happy face
I drunk my pride
to get through this kind of pace

I sunk deep
in this fathomless maze
To look for answers
i cannot trace

My shattered thoughts
came crushing through
As lies broke down
the truth we once knew

I could hardly speak
as my eyes get blurred
I lay down weak
and was caught off-guard

My tears flows down
in every direction of my face
And now I'm drown
in this emotional case

Fate brought you to me
for our hearts to throb as one
But chances I cannot see
I guess we're already done

Destiny is not meant for us
I doubt we'd last together
As our memories came to pass
And time consumes the past forever

Maiden's Death
marshmallow Feb 2015
Sadness reflects the face of a maiden
Seeking for refuge, a place of haven
Lost in nothingness, no longer existing
Succumbs to death, refused her breathing

The clock already stopped ticking
Eyes shut, no longer seeking
Heartbeat's racing ceased its throbbing
Body's numb, not a sight of a living

Blissful moment came at last
Peace and tranquility killed the past
Death broke the sadness itself
When the maiden died within myself...
