Keith Wilson Nov 2018
It's a dull dark dank
November morning
Flowers dying back
It looks like the onset of winter

Remembering the fallen
from France to the middle East
Red poppies and crosses
are all that we see
Keith Wilson Nov 2018
In sixty six months
I'll be ninety
and in a hundred and eighty six months
I'll be one hundred
"Not long is it?"

Keith Wilson, November 2nd 2018, Windermere
Keith Wilson Oct 2018
It's wonderful outside
It's wonderful inside
The trees are changing colour
and it's warm where where I abide
Keith Wilson Oct 2018
If everything is going well
then something must be wrong
Keith Wilson Oct 2018
Anxiety knocks you for six
can't function when it strikes
I'm looking for a fix
for another fight
Keith Wilson Sep 2018
He has no hair
upon his head
but down the sides
it seems to spread
Hair care seems important
to some
We feel much better
When it's done
A penny a hair
is what it cost
but a little trim
is all he got
Keith Wilson Sep 2018
We have all written
a poem
on stones
sprinkled
in the garden
The ink is unaffected
by the weather
however
Nobody seems to care
Perhaps
we should put them
on show
somewhere
