When you do belly breathe

Every morning, when you get up,

we do chest breathe,
the reason is a million yrs before
we lived in forest as
hunters and gatherers
When you go for hunting,
you have to chase the prey,
then you can't do belly breathe,
So we learned to do
chest breathe to survive and
hunt the prey
Children's are very active
through out the day

while smoking you will find
