Office Meeting has its own way of understanding.
We all attended a meeting, at least once in our office,
Assume a new policy is introduced, everyone in the meeting would have experienced it, as if we all understood the idea behind it.
But actually we are not, that's why as soon as you come out of the meeting there will be lots of doubts and even your colleague has the same...
Why?
This happened long back, when we were in the Tribe. The reason behind it was, we all stood in the concept called 'Collective Unconscious'. It means We all are connected as one mind in the meeting. Suppose, if any one in the meeting understood clearly then it may create an illusion that everyone is understood.
But, once the meeting is over we all come out of 'Collective Unconscious' and move to 'Individual Conscious' then we feel confused.
The reason,
When the leader of the tribe is communicating, the listener's mind connects to each other and stands as one person, which makes the leader communicate easily to a single mind rather than multiple minds.
This kind of experience we would have experienced in the class-room in School.
Hence discussing after the meeting is a must in order to understand.
This is a syndrome of Meeting!!
