Dreams
JoanaN Dec 2020
Dreams are flying
Like big dancing birds,
To stop them, I'm trying…
Are sharp like the swords.

After flying a while,
Some of them will fall.
It's their natural style,
They can't touch the stars, all.

From millions of dreams
Spread across the sky,
Only ones, just like beans,
Will sprout, the rest die.

If your dream will survive,
In a world full of dreams,
You're lucky to be alive,
Not all of us are born queens.
My first poem in English
