He stood tall and strong
at the mountain top
Beneath his feet
is the strongest mountain in the world...
He took this mountain
with sheer determination..
He has conquered this mountain
With hardships.... with pain
Blood tears, Blood sweats
Frost bites, he faced it all...
The mountain is his in the end...

This mountain ...
is upon his grips, He understands it all
He and the mountain spirit blends...
He feels the air surrounds...
The mist, the breeze, the echos
as he takes his breath...
His spirit is high and strong...
He has won his biggest war
He has defeated his biggest fear
If he could conquer the highest mountain in the word...
No other mountains he couldn't take

At the top of the mountain he stands
with his country's flag in his hand...
If you couldn't move this rocky mountain...
Don't ever think you could move this strong will man...
No, you cant  neither  touch this man nor his spirit
As tough as the rocks....
As hard as the mountains..
As rough as him the man who has conquered the world...
As tall as Mount Everest his spirit stands ....

Scales

I did it again this morning.

I did the walk of shame to the scales in the bathroom.

I promised myself that I would stop doing it,
Stop shaming myself in front of the bathroom mirror
As the numbers rolled higher and higher,
A wheel of misfortune.

8 stone
9 stone
Please stop there
10 stone
11 stone
11 and half stone
Stop.

It's a surface consisting of metal and plastic,
It can't dominate my image,
But even if they weren't there I can still see it,
The inches on my waist slowly increasing,
My t-shirt size creeping from a small to a medium,
Other people who haven't seen me for a while making a comment about my image,
Wow Lew, what have you been eating?
*My feelings, thanks for pointing it out in front of everyone.
I know my poems have a repetitive theme of self image and confidence. But the only way I can express myself without getting worked up or upset is through poetry.

Just some moments ago,
You were sleeping next to me in the sun,
You were kissing
my eye,
my nose,
my lips,
my ears
my hands,
taking all of me, all my air chained to your breath.

You were flying with me to the sea,
Immaterial fog surrounding us.

A dream, a dream, a wonderful dream of August,
About some seconds long.

Can't tell if you're leading me on, or just leading me.
Can't tell if you're suffering in pain, or simply stubborn.
Can't tell if I love you, or if I'm in love with the idea of you.
Can't tell if you're being kind, or if you're showering pity all over my stupid little head.
Can't tell if you're pleasantly dreaming or angrily waking.
Can't tell if you're sharing and pairing, or if you're getting another free meal out of me.
Can't tell if this wine is good, or if it's good.
Can't tell when our side-by-sides in the snow will melt.
Can't tell whether or not your scent on my pillow is worth its own separate wash.
Can't tell if these scattered pennies are mine or yours.
Can't tell if this sacred book, all of it, is accidentally dedicated to you.
Can't tell who you're holding at night - me,  or a memory.
Can't tell what you mean by "team effort."
Can't tell if my eyes have some dark, nefarious power over your decision making.
Can't tell where I'm supposed to touch you, how I'm meant to speak to you,
when it's right to see you, or if I'm ever allowed to love you.
Can't tell if you're enlightenment or poison.
Can't tell if the past was wasted or spent lovingly.
Can't tell when I'm hungry or tired or drunk.
Can't tell if I'm crazy in ones or twos.
Can't tell if I'm talking to myself.
Can't tell night from day.
Can't tell you.

There's a mask you've placed on your heart
You think it gives you a head start
But you're wrong
You're alone
And blue
And covered in clues
Leading to the nearest love nest
You sweet little sinner
He made you his dinner
But now he tells you to leave
So you call and you cry
And I tell you sweet lies
While I drink a strong drink and laugh
How's that mask on your heart?
Is it a good head start?
Because it keeps leading back to me.

Love is everlasting and kind hearted;
It will not expose jealous or egotistical;
It does not keep an evidence of wrongs;
It is delighted with the naked truth. !

your smile is contagious
your hair is perfect
you have those brilliant blue eyes
you're an amazing speaker
your look of determination
you're pretty **** attractive
you are obviously on fire for God
how you always volunteer to pray
you are a fantastic singer
you will never leave me
you're adorable
you're my knight in shining armor of a specific un-chosen color
you try to understand me
you respect me
it's easy for you to open up to me
you have a thesaurus(to go with my dictionary)
you say I'm beautiful
you trust me
you care a heck of a lot more than others
I love your writing
you're pretty hilarious
you like my laugh(even though others don't)
I like your laugh
you are a true gentleman
you can jump over chairs
...that one time I had to wake you up and I threw a dictionary at you
you're intoxicating
when you stare at me you always say I'm attractive
I like your voice, a lot
you apparently talk about me a lot
you are one of the most intelligent people I know
fireworks go off when I see you
I always get jittery and nervous when I know you are in the same place
you enjoy spending time with me
you say you love my hugs
you're like a party somebody threw me
your mind is brilliant
you're special
you're truly kind
we go together
you talk about how we compliment each other, how we fit
you have that heart that wants to help
you're just fantastic at everything
you don't mind telling me about the times you've messed up
you want to hear what I have to say
you want to know me
you're so very talented
you yearn for more knowledge
you're concerned for my well-being
we planned a future for ourselves(even if it was a joke)
you said I can live with a room full of books
your family adores me
you couldn't wait until summer just because you could see me
*Yeah I took some lyrics from song, shut up
