Eyes that undress me and devour
and look upon me as a delicate flower

Lips that softly kiss and taste
greedily savoring my sweetness leaving not a trace

Hands that need no prompting or words
they just read my body and thoughts not heard

Arms wrapped tightly around me, skin on skin
making me feel loved on the outside as well as within

You've got a pair of strong hips
That pull me in with muffled lies
I've got a pair of soft lips
That you lean into with tired sighs

You've got a pair of bright eyes
That adjust to mine too seamlessly
I've got a pair of dark eyes
That are lost inside your scenery

You always know just what to say
I fall apart a dozen times a day
We're just living in this dizzy game
Three years later, I still haven't
figured out how to play
You cracked my foundation every which way
But you're the one constantly reshaping the clay
I know that everything I touch is left in disarray
*But I won't sleep
if you don't stay
What is our life? The play of passion.
Our mirth? The music of division:
Our mothers’ wombs the tiring-houses be,
Where we are dressed for life’s short comedy.
The earth the stage; Heaven the spectator is,
Who sits and views whosoe’er doth act amiss.
The graves which hide us from the scorching sun
Are like drawn curtains when the play is done.
Thus playing post we to our latest rest,
And then we die in earnest, not in jest.

You are the first of thoughts that fill my head,
The image that I see wherever I go,
The first and final word to escape my lips,
And the sweetest song I have come to know,

I love the sweet smell your body carries with it,
And the taste of your lips when they press tenderly to mine,
I love the feeling of your skin beneath my palms,
And every eye lash that garnishes your lovely eyes,

I love your soft chocolate hair and the way it shapes to your face,
And your eyebrows that frame your beautiful eyes,
unyielding; like daggers they pierce right through me,
And your gentle pianist fingers that intertwine with mine,

I love the feeling of safety in your arms,
The sound of your warm beating heart,
Your soothing voice that shields me from harm,
“I’ll protect you” you coo as I still listen to you heart,

You are the effort in every breathe I take,
The sweet cream cheese icing on a red velvet cake,
And I think to myself when your voice meets my ears,
You are the one I've needed;
the one I'll love for one thousand years.
This is definitely not my best work, but I didn't want to get rid of because it's of course about someone very important to me. Oh well. :p
It's beautiful.

How the wave kisses the rocky shoreline
begging to stay before it retreats to the sea.
How the moon kisses the cheek of the sun
waiting patiently for the next eclipse.
How the raindrop kisses the withered leaf
filling its veins with hope before it falls to the soil.

You hear about the kiss of death,
But never the kiss of life.
These tears burn,
more than the razor.

Your smile was like ******,
it pervaded my body.
Changing the chemistry of my brain.

The sun borrows it's light from you.
You make the ocean feel parched.

Too much of you is not enough,
while enough of you is dangerous.

I wish I had more time,
to taste your sugar coated lips.
I wish I had more time,
to breathe in your galaxy of scents.
I wish I had more time,
to live under your light;
engulfed in your darkness.
I'm here for the broken hearts
and the washed up souls
that were washed up with the tide of forgotten waves.
They come crashing in
and out
leaving the hearts on the shores.
I walk the bed of the beach
and pick up little hearts like sea shells
and put them away in a little glass jar
where they sit and wait to be held again one day.
I woke up too early, when outside the sky a pearl hue and the curtains ghostly white, a dreamy mist hung over my covers, I did not want to be enslaved by the unforgiving hour of first light, but my eyes had peeked anyways, and I felt this deep burning desire to run before it consumed me.

2. It consumed me. My meager thoughts begged to perform, we couldn’t stop seeing beasts in the hunt, the moon curled up in the corner of the page, this tight feeling in my neck, my *** squeezed tight, and my stomach gurgles. I’m hungry and there’s no food and there’s no money. There’s leftover wood and paint.

3. Too ignore my hunger, I knelt down by my bed, at night where I imagine a pornstar playing with herself, so I could not fear the animal, or the ravenous beast. And I started to finish painting on the wood.

4. It’s been so long, I’m so afraid, please God, let me realize how beautiful I am and not destroy myself.

5.  I can’t imagine eating anything, there’s nothing I’d like except maybe chocolate ice cream and strawberry wafers. Only desserts could ease my protestation, while I’m still young, 23 spoonfuls of sugar for the seducing rush, and how could any one fathom submitting to its unbridled passion and understand why roses sob in pairs at the sight of plucking a rose petal by petal for vain love.

6. I paint this picture without knowing what it means, if it does mean something, could it be something, I paint this picture from my skinny life form to avoid slumber and exile hunger. I am nothing but a waitress in a swamp city.
They have watered the street,
It shines in the glare of lamps,
Cold, white lamps,
And lies
Like a slow-moving river,
Barred with silver and black.
Cabs go down it,
One,
And then another,
Between them I hear the shuffling of feet.
Tramps doze on the window-ledges,
Night-walkers pass along the sidewalks.
The city is squalid and sinister,
With the silver-barred street in the midst,
Slow-moving,
A river leading nowhere.

Opposite my window,
The moon cuts,
Clear and round,
Through the plum-coloured night.
She cannot light the city:
It is too bright.
It has white lamps,
And glitters coldly.

I stand in the window and watch the
moon.
She is thin and lustreless,
But I love her.
I know the moon,
And this is an alien city.
