the chickens we are eating
are pumped with antibiotics and hormones
and those substances
will finally be absorbed into our stomachs and bones

due to us needing a feed
we're also obtaining
the odd few chemicals
in our grain seed

down the line
we'll be in for a few ailments
which have been bought on
by these nasty derailments

our food shouldn't be made unrecognizable
so steer well clear
of sprays and drugs
which are so sizable

the labeling on food packaging
oft doesn't tell the entire story
and if it did it maybe
quite a disturbing story

whence you sit down
for a feed to-day
ruminate for a while
on what the food producers say
we've fed the chickens
a hormone
which is safe
for human consumption
we've sprayed the wheat crops
with a non toxic solution
which is okay
for your stomach's constitution

the proof of the pudding
is yet to be tested
our food products
are so grossly infested

organic foods
offer an alternative
for they've not had any interference
and for our stomachs and bones
they have an uncontaminated clearance

the time has arrived
for us to be less like thoughtless hobs
and watch what we're spooning
into our gobs

on Christmas day
our turkey was fattened
a little too quick
for our tables
at the poultry farm
is his intake of hormones
going to do us some harm
Once more

•••

Once more the ****** cries in wonder

At the misuse of sacred powers

Cries against the reason for

The glorification of senselessness

(& war)

••••

And war

•••

And war

•••

Once more

••

Once more the young girl cuts her wrist

What can one say to such a narcissist?

Sees no suffering but her own

Walks by the corpses on war torn streets

To her these don't mean a thing

••

The ****** cries out for all who've been born

In the purity
All are hers

As so surely
They are yours

••

Once more

••

Face to  face with humanity

Once more
We made our bed in the spring green grass
Like two deer, innocent, when they sleep,
Many years have passed, love has fled,
And the gentle forest does have left.

there is a poet with
the same name as my
ex-lover
's mistress
and every time i read her poetry
i weep
because it is so beautiful
but i cannot love it
because i imagine it was strung
by Her
just like Him.
Wake up
do nothing
particular
for a while
unless you're called to kiss the porcelain
Expel
venenum
ingested
all last night
unless you'd rather keep the mess inside

I understand how that goes
I understand, I mostly do

Dine on
apathy
until each
breath you take
results only in your anxious trembles
Recede
from others
around you
so displeased
with their inscience, knowing it's a half truth

I understand how that goes
I understand you, I mostly do

Ignorance sure
ly sparks the recluse
but in cyclic
al humility
it comes to light
The lust for ears who hear you
and truly listen

I understand how that goes,
a little less than always
I understand you,
completely, too
From out the shadows

MAN emerges

••

(Who shall appear?)

Tiny urchin in rags

Crawling thru shadows

----

Thru the ILLUMINATI  nightmare

Unto the WAR

••

In the high school brain washed dream

Man emerges
What appears

••

I remember all LOVERS

All I've known

••

••

They murdered JFK

But they also murdered OSWALD

And then RUBY

(& others too)

And these were great crimes and great tragedies in their own right

••

••

No one seems to mind

I saw a girl she was so scared her ******* refused to grow

From the shadows

YOU can see ME
the Australians are playing
a good brand of cricket
they've got the English
at sixes and sevens at the wicket

our bowlers seem to be bowling
with much strength
all their delivers
are of a fine line and length

last time we met the English
in an Ashes Series
our Australian team
played like a lot of old ladies

but they've made
some key changes to the team
which shall yield
our cricket side a winning dream

play to-day sees
the English batting at the wicket
they've a bit of work
to do on their cricket

the Australian team
are drilled to perfection
with all their plays
going in the right direction

the Australian's
catching and fielding has improved
we'll be making sure
that all the English are removed

twill be a goodly day
at the Gabba Cricket Ground
watching the English batting
heading outbound
The one day I don't set an alarm
that I may sleep in to my brain's volition
my mom barges into my bedroom just to make sure I'm okay.

While I appreciate the concern, how inconsiderate!
I've worked every day but today this week
and I work all weekend, as well;
plus, it's a habit to avoid sleep at night
(it's the only time I can get time to myself)
and besides, I'm twenty-*******-two;
I can handle myself, and if not;
natural selection will sort it out.

At least call my ******* phone first!
I may neglect my phone by your standards,
but that's because there's so much more to my life
than a ******* cell phone; if anything it's a plight
(or an alarm clock, but not today!)

Clearly she doesn't know I like to sleep naked.
Good thing I sleep with my curtain drawn, the music on, and lights off
(except my black light; it's an effective and badass night light)
