Jenni A
Every day, I can't help but think about life and existence.
How pain is felt, how our body's are constructed to the point of perfection, how the stars every night put on a little show for us.
There is so much beauty, yet us humans cling to the dark side of the world, the dark thoughts and fears that overwhelm us.
Every single person on this earth experiences pain during some point in their life, and it's so odd to me that we focus on these little bruises, these little bumps in the road, that we soon will cross over and heal, rather than focusing on how beautiful life and existence is.
& to the universe our problems are just a speck of dust.

It is stale and unstable
I write on a wobbly table
Begging for the words to come
Longing for any inspiration
In my desperation I would settle
For a simple score, haiku
Limerick, poem, or sentence
But I am a blank slate
An empty page that awaits
The right lightening to strike

The work does not work itself out
Word will not flow
So the wisdom falls short
I would crack my cranium
To find the mind
That was a cyclone of creativity
The pain would inspire me
I direly need something
Cause this is my second poem today
About not being able to write a poem

ao
it's been a while since i've written
things are changing
maybe thats good
maybe thats bad
I'm happy
or at least i think i am
im no longer struggling just to wake up every day
maybe thats good
maybe thats bad
will i ever been truly 100% happy?
probably not
but these feelings that i feel now, they're great
falling in love was possibly the greatest thing that could happen to me
its crazy how a god i didn't believe in just a year ago, blessed me with the greatest gift in life
love
and happines

Sit with me in silence.
Hold my hand with the hand
Of your mind.

I'll be your shadow; you be mine.
We'll rest in two dimensions.
Watch ourselves in 3D.

Safe in the warmth of
Our common intentions. A womb,
A room for you and me.

Let's communicate like mountains;
Be like solid, silent giants.
Sit with me in silence.

A river dug into purest stone after
Uncountable years reflecting
Sunlight, moonlight, stars and blue

Skies unrejecting. Dark clouds too,
In some divine alliance.

*And deep within it's deepest deep,
Two single, uncut diamonds.
Until we're ground to grains of sand,
Sit with me in silence.
