It wasn't chocolate
Or the skinny of waist
That melted in my mouth
And left sugar on my taste

Salivating

It wasn't the desire
Or the action taking

It was fate

That left me in candy
And smothered my face

I needed something to blame
On the falling of your dress
And the way your mouth dripped
Color on my lips
In kiss and paste

Gluing your body against my
Wanting to never seperate

It wasn't chocolate
Melting away
Or the skinny of waist
My hands felt
When I ate

I needed something to blame
When you came
And quivered in fate

I knew it wasn't chocolate
But it was cake

.
Kalypso sports within the waves
luring sailors to watery graves
but if they make it to her isle
there they may tarry for a while.

Food and wine are given a'plenty,
they are rocked into lust so gently,
Nymph, Maidens, Bacchanalian revelry
lead the sailors into darkest devilry.

*** and sin are openly displayed,
a salacious procession, ***** parade,
And all men their vices expressed
seek the comfort of Kalypso's breast,
her hospitality soothes, allays their fears
as she slowly steals away their years.

All these time it was to mourn
The death of a distant dream
Not knowing its passing
Never to return
Despite my wishful pleas

Holding the shape of its void
As its eternal presence
Believing it's still there
Wishing the lack thereof
And of anything else
Is a sign of its destined return

Not knowing all along
The replacing emptiness
Tells only
Of the final death of this
Long since silenced
Dream
