Wanderer
The soft whisper of your breath
Against my nape
Sends shivers quivering down my spine
Thighs ache to part for you
"Not yet..."
I can smell my wetness permeating the air
Between our pulsing layers
Soft tongue snakes out to taste
Satiny swirls right below my ear
Every glide has me melting, swaying
Closer to the hazed space of your heat
Another *** charged moment and I'll explode
"Please?"
My plea reaches sigh focused ears
Heavy seconds pass until at last
The edges of your teeth sink into pliable shoulder
Your moan.
My scream.
*Our release.

Death by Daydream
You can buy all sorts of crazy things on the internet;
A celebrity...
A person to stand in line for you...
Even uranium for goodness sakes...

Why the **** cant you buy the ability to freeze time and just turn off your life for a bit.

THAT'S THE ONLY THING I WANT RIGHT NOW.
**** EVERYTHING!

I have seen you whistling past the grave yard
Nose up in the air
Your tears invisible
Others think you are invincible

I see you from the inside
Yours are tears of blood
You keep it all inside
You are the anchor of a hope
You may not even have

Never show your hurt
Is what your fathers taught
You have tried your best
Persevered without a sound
Kept calm in the storm

Drip drip drip let them flow
It is okay to exhale
Breath out the pain
let the hurt wash away

find a quiet corner
Embrace your pain
And let them trickle
The tears of blood
Unless he be strong enough, they will never cry.

Winter introduced itself like a
Sudden death in the family.
A -28 degrees celsius day has fingers
Thin enough to reach through glass,
Leaving its ice on the inside of
Windows.

I find candles and carry firewood,
Preparing for a cold one.
Out here, blackouts can last for a day.
My iPad and portable modem have
Battery enough for one
Poem.

Such are my priorities.
I empty my fridge into the snow,
Thanking the gods
For my beer.
Don't try to reach me. I'm remembering
Life from centuries ago.

South-by-Southwest
In da dark , way for dawn
I sing song
Alone
Way bein ye at
Sing with me a song
Sing . . . sing
Sing ya heart out
Sing cause there is no sun coming
And there's to be no morrow
Dress today to shine
In splendid glory
Come sings . . . sings
With me and mize dreams
While we wait
We can sing
As it's too late
Much late
Much too late
Sings with me

South-by-Southwest
Once I open the floodgates
All the memories come pouring in

Flooding all my structures
Washing away all that is concrete

The destruction becomes prominent
The pain , bleeding , so succulent

Out on the streets slinks a moon
Going from alley to alley , bush to bush

Peeping into windows
Beyond the window's shades

Inside my moonlight faded when I traded love for the dark side of the moon

Now all my memories become wishing
Stars that I can no longer touch

Whoa , was she the one
Only God knows
Another eclipse of the moon , another love gone

Don’t settle—
Whatever you do
don’t settle with it is too late now,
it will fill you with regret
and leave you frozen in fear.
We all want change
whether it lies within ourselves
or those around us yet cannot accept
the fact we all strive for a change
that varies from  person to person—
So naturally the eyes of one
differ from another.

We all seek ways to be great
yet cannot work around the problems
that arise when fear arrives—
We all give in to
the fear of what others think,
the fear of what others do,
the fear of failure,
the fear of the unknown,
and the fear of every second yet to be lived.
But don’t settle—
Whatever you do
don’t settle with it is too late now
it will fill you with regret
and leave you frozen in fear.
