The walls had ears and the walls had tongues
The walls they hear and the walls they hum
Can you hear them call?
Can you hear them sing?
Can you feel the rains of the early spring?
'Cause the walls are thin
And the walls are weak
But the walls, they hear
And the walls, they speak.

Who cares how many muscles spent?
Frowning is easier than being content
Being upset is a work out, I suppose
But it's harder to run than it is to stay posed.
It's easier to say "*******" than it is to smile.

Concrete jungles
Paper towns
Paper people
With real-life frowns
Paper smiles
Plastic stars
Ignored taxi cabbies
In yellow  paper cars
Paper couples
Singles too
Real life me
Paper you.
Inspired by Margo from John Green's novel Paper Towns

3 in a hundred
0.3 in ten
Less than a human
Hurts like thousands of men

I understand and so do the rest
Those 3 in one hundred don't deserve your best

If you give them your all
They can take 30 percent
But if you give them nothing
Then what do they get?

*what they deserve
So basically I'm saying
You're better than them
So remember you're supported
Don't remember 0.3 in ten

To Ankita P
Because it's not her fault it's theirs.

You're always small
When you're standing by the ocean
But you're still a skipping stone
That can set the sea in motion

You can't end global warming
With the flick of a magic wand
But you still can win a chess game
When your only pieces are pawns

Hands tapping on the table
Twiddling your thumbs
Thinking, watching, waiting
For what is yet to come.

Fingers interlocking
Smiles so wide and grand
Happiness envelopes me
When I hold your hand

Hands speaking their own language
With gestures, touches, and signs
But hands mean the most to me
When you're holding mine

Confession
Digression
Praying for resurrection
Another life
Another strife
That can't be worse that these stabbing knifes
Of your words
Absurd
When will it fall down, my world?
Been scared
Unprepared
How much longer 'til I'm spared?
Going bad
Increasingly sad
Can I feel that life I once had?
Don't worry about me.
