You said you loved me,
But you lied.
I see you walk in the hallways,
I lower my head and curse myself.
Why?
Because I fell for you,
When everyone told me to run the other way.
But we all know I love a risk,
and adventure.
But you were hell,
My worst nightmare came true...in the form of...
You.
Crying myself to sleep,
Every single night.
But you don't care,
You smile at me like nothing ever happened.
I see your new girl now...
I see how she treats you...
I would have never.
But you wouldn't know.
Hell, I go through pain you never know about.
But I'm picking up the pieces of my life.
I'm slowly healing...without you in my life.

Love is a fragile piece of glass.

Drop it, and it'll break but,

Love it, protect it, and it'll be too hard to break.

Hurt it more and more, and it'll crack to the core.

When you break it...it'll come back revenge,

Sharper and stronger than ever.

Don't dare laugh at a heartbreak, or it will come back and attack.

Instead of letting the pain build up, release it into the fire.

Let the tears fall, when you breathe again,

Stand up tall and don't let yourself fall.
This is a really personal poem. I've been through a lot, and this is basically me.
