Alive
Too young to care
Busy with living loud
Born on the wind, my youth flew by
Quickly.

Chaos breaks the calm
Storm pummels relentlessly
Confusion in wake

Stillness waits beyond
Scattered echoes find their place
Balance will return

Soft light gently glows
Waves embrace the silent shore
Calm after the storm

Each day begins anew,
A chance to pursue what matters.
The sun lights our path,
Reminding us of our potential.
Move forward and let go of doubt.
In laughter and love, we find our way.
We may face storms and shadows,
But life is about the journey.
Hold onto your dreams and let your spirit shine.
Every day is a gift, full of possibilities.
Live with purpose and passion,
And appreciate the beauty in each moment.

Oh sea, oh sea, oh great blue sea,
I call to you, come speak to me.
Your waves that dance, your winds that sigh,
Your endless depths, your open sky.

Oh sea, oh sea, oh wild and free,
I send my heart, now send to me:
A gift of foam, a pearl, a song,
A treasure lost, yet loved so long.

Oh sea, oh sea, your voice is deep,
You whisper secrets, dreams you keep.
You rise, you fall, you take, you give,
Yet through it all, you teach us to live.

Oh sea, oh sea, my soul you know,
Through storm and calm, through ebb and flow.
I love, I love, I love the sea!
Oh, thank you, sea, for gifting me.

Oh sea, oh sea, oh thank you sea,
Oh thank you for your gift to me.
To me To me Oh Great Blue Sea
Thank you for your gift.
Yes.... I spent the weekend at the sea.  Oh how I love the sea.  I wrote this one years ago and I literally sing it to the sea whenever I am there.

Relentless waves crash,
Frothing foam fills the vast sea,
Clouds drift through the gray
Written at the sea though not in the sand.... there was little sand to be found as the tides were high and the rocks were plentiful
Mortality is a beautiful thing,
This one life we've got,
This one chance to live it big.
You've got one shot, make it impactful.

The sea hums ancient songs in a voice of foam,
pulling me into its salt-laced poem.
Barefoot, reckless, wild and free,
I chase the whispers where mermaids flee.

Agates glimmer like trapped starfire,
golden veins of the ocean’s desire.
Driftwood wands, sea glass spells,
magic woven in moonlit swells.

Night unfurls with a velvet sigh,
stars like lanterns in the deep black sky.
And here I stand where the earth meets the sea,
unraveled, remade...where the tide carries me.
In anticipation of my weekend coming... I am going to the BEACH!!!
