love is like a prison cell
it locks you up and gives you hell
takes away all your pride
with your emotions locked side
your there for life and never free
parole for you will never be
in lifes prison you must dwell
locked in side loves grey cell
then the walls you will scrape
hoping that you can escape
until then the days roll on
and day by day you count each one.
tumbleweeds they roll and tumble on the plain
rolling round and round and rolling back again
rolling in the wind drifting in the sand
tumbling wild and free across the barron land
rolling very freely rolling in the breeze
all across the desert and passed the cactus trees
Philippines in trouble typhoons are at war
death and destruction all around houses there no more
people there left homeless hoping to survive
waiting in despair for assistance to arrive
contaminated water theres no food to eat
all they have is wreckage all around there feet
all they have is hope for someone just to care
to take them back to safety and get them out of there
when the typhoons over they can build there lives once more
live in peace and harmony just like it was before.
put a smile upon your face make the world seem a better place
let your troubles drift aside make a smile and make it wide
make it last the whole day through then your life is not so blue
then when your down its up to you to wear that smile inside you.
life is but a dream or so the saying goes
is this really  true no one really knows
if living is dream are  we in a trance
or is life a gamble on which we take a chance
if life is just dream what  are we do
do we dream forever until our dreams come true
i wish the world was happy and never ever sad
where everything was good and never ever bad
it would be so peaceful loving and so kind
to have a world so friendly with trouble left behind
it would be like heaven way up high above
a happy place to live in filled with so much love
think about the homeless who have no place to go
no bed for them to sleep in or a fire with a glow
sleeping in the rough in some cardboard box
taking life the hard way taking all its knocks
living life so lonley as they begin to roam
hoping maybe someday they will find a home
some where they can stay with there own front door
then the lonely people wont be homeless anymore.
ill give some clues within this rhyme
solve the puzzle take your time
i am long and have big teeth
i live in mud buried uderneath
my jaws are wide and i can snap
when closed together they can trap
people they are scared of me
who or what can i be
there was a great big spider he always made me laugh
he lived in my bathroom underneath the bath
he liked to roam around along the bathroom floor
all along the ceiling and on the bathroom door
he liked to spin a web all around the light
then suddenly drop down and give me such a fright
i would sit and watch him for a little while
the spider in my bathroom always made me smile
there was a little fly
flying round the light
flying round the bulb
that was so big and bright
buzzing round for hours
as fast as fast can be
flying all alone a busy chap was he
walking on the ceiling walking on the floor
i hit him with a paper now he flies no more
