A pretty guitar

The working day!

I wish i could take a picture
One to share
From my eyes
That ive just seen

A kindred soul
Walking the streets
So late on this night
In spring

I see the sun
Through the trees
And breathe
The steady breeze

Oh the beautiful beast
Bringing out the worst in us all
Doing things we know we shouldnt
Spending what we couldnt

The fire that rage be
When it leads you to fall
Another stepping stone
To stand on and stall

To rid the thoughts of a much brighter day
At the price of one for certain
No cost can cover the losses
Unless she leads you

To that beautiful place

And I ask

What energy
Is held
Within whatever
You may consume

I consumed
A cigarette
One that I
Politely bummed

What is this light?
This light that i see?
Wonderful
Every light you see
Every little light
Even you and me
You need not clarity
What it is you may not see
But that theres energy
Thats beauty
Something creating
Something to see
Cause without light
See would not be
It is of light
That makes you see
That cradles the eyes
Of you and me
Light shine on my vocabulary
And let from it be shown

The words of a bleeding man
Bandages in hand

I wait
For nothing

No weights

And this is the time
I'll be up tomorrow
To start my new job

I've got to spend
These hours i've spent
To sleep instead of vent

I wish to return
To a place I yearn
Where I never learn
And my stomach never churns

The place in my mind
A place I'm far from blind
Where strange adventures I find
No worries of unclear signs

Dreaming
Of anything but
My internal bleeding

Don't be afraid
Just hold my hand
I can help you
Through this broken land

I love the rain
And the thunder
Destroying
Cleansing
Then birthing life new

These house they flood
And people act
As if it's spilled blood

Blame nature
If you must
But it is you
Who lives within it

Every mind on this earth
Is just as unique
As the very universe
That surrounds them

The things you do
The things you see
They make not you
They make not me
What makes you
Is what you percieve

Consumed I am
By the exertion of energy
I just need some sustenance
Then back to my plan

It is funny I find
We live within a circle
Yet we choose
To live like lines

Time
A number
Sewn to thee
But never
To the endless galxies

Some beings cannot see

What is it
That we humans
Do best?
The answer
You will find
When we rest
It is what is released
In our mind
Even in the day
From time to time
It is what colors
A computer green
When a human
Simply dreams

A pain I feel
For reasons unreal
My stomach aches
Every beat of my heart a quake
Why is it
I'm still awake

These feelings I know
I try not to let show
Except to paper
For it does not judge
Even in the sorrow in which I plunge

My mind unraveled
And the color of ink
Deeper into sorrow i sink

A journey
I go
Through a damp cave
Where no lights glow
As i near the end
My sanity will surely ascend
Sorrows no more
And life seems less a bore

I'm done!
I give up!
I give in!
I'm ready now,
For new life to begin!

Look to a fruit
Your favorite fruit
It has a name

If that fruit
Were a person
How would it view
A fruit that is of the same

There is no such thing as nothing
There is always something
Some emotion
Some feeling
Some being

But is it life?

That's up to you

It is not about,
The energy we percieve.
It is all about,
The things we see.

At least,
In this reality.

Strong minds understand both

What ever that is
I just want to write anything
Feel the words flow through me
This morning I can't think of anything
No topics to explore
No conversations of how I slept the night before
So I'll just write about writing
Writing about me writing about writing
I slowly tap the tiny squares on a screen
If any old poet could imagine
The ways that we write now

Often do i wonder
Whats its like
To have a quiet mind

Nothing means more
Than my poetry
A bridge of no distance
To my inner energy

It hurts me so
To not know
Where my customer could go
He was old
But kind
And you are cold
You not care
I ask to where?
You know not
You only know your contact
You care only about a contract
I fear the worst
But expect nothing

Peace
I talk about its wonders
Its calm grasp
The anchor to the soul

The gentle breeze as it passes by
And through you

The birds
And all their wonderful songs

But the truth is
I dont know jack **** about peace

There is a certain sense of beauty
Almost like a building
Covered in ivy
When I can order a beer
With no fear
Of anyone checking my I.D.
Do not let it be told
I am not one year older
Than 20

I find it hard to breathe these days,
But I make sure I do.

It's just another small task,
To help myself get through.

If i can,
Then why can't you?

An empty page
As is my brain
I fill with words
And work towards
My mind without pain

What to see
What is it I look to gain
A line between

And reality

I purchased today,
A meal,
As is done,
Everyday,
But this time,
For me?
Nay.
For one,
Who could not pay.

What makes a universe
Is not what's inside it
But what experiences it

The moon tells us when its night
And tells me its alright

Holding on to earth so tight
To see its vibrant light
