The moon, just now
is a cradle full of milk
pouring sweet glowing soma
into our drowsy hearts
rocking us so deeply into sleep
and the gentlest of visionary dreams

LIFE: VIEWED FROM ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE

Near is far for the tired traveller
far is near for the heart in rapturous anticipation
leaving, arriving and waiting-
moments that make for life's equation

regret comes too late for those
who don't embrace love when it's present
only to yearn, sigh and weep
when love is absent
