I first started out writing songs, I wanted to be a singer/songwriter. However, as any insecure girl would do, I started hating on my work, saying it wasn't good enough. Then I decided I didn't want to write songs, then I thought about just writing poems, even though songs and poems are very similar. I decided I was awful at writing poems, too. Finally, I decided to become a writer. I ran into this website while researching poems to get inspired on stories, I thought I'd add some of my own here.
