Sudanese Moe Awad started writing short stories and poetry at a very young age but never thought it would develop into something serious. / In his early twenties he fell in love with Spoken Word and the art of word play. He started experimenting with Lyrical Symbolism and Cyphers and developed his own style of poetry which he called "Written Speech." Which was obviously a cheap alteration of the term 'Spoken Word.' / Moe Awad fuses Archaic Semantics with Street Slang. He blends Eastern and Western points of view and commentates on either one in a wakeless sense. / He is also in the habit of re-phrasing sentences to make a new meaning. :) / His poetry is puzzling at times and may seem childish at first read but, after re-reading, his point begins to become clear... Sorta...
