There's a form of rodent
In Latin form "quill pig".
He isn't very fast.
He isn't very big.

But be very cautious
If you encounter one of these.
They are very nasty,
Mean, to say the least.

They bristle up and like cacti,
They have a vicious will...
You don't need to touch to be
Nailed with a quill.

They will flick their tail
To let their venom fly,
So give this beast some room
When you see him going by.

People who are insecure
Will be like them.
Watch for signs.
You don't want to be around
The subtle porcupine.

The pen will rend and skewer.
The pen will have its art.
It will send a poison quill

Straight into the heart.

"Porkies" is a British euphemism
For LIES.

I'm sick and tired of poets
Who use their pens to
Subtly skewer other artists.

I have recieved this in the past.
Not here. On my first site.
Now, I have a thick skin.
But others may not be so blessed.
I've been writing a poet friend
On the site message system
Who has been hurt.
JUST STOP IT !!!
You are an adult. Act like one.

To all being bullied,
Just remember this.

YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW.
The backstabber has a big problem.

He always has to
Look over HIS SHOULDER.
