Pound by pound you lose the weight. When you walk around

The sizzling ground melts the fat and burns the flesh

This is not the worlds weight or the suns heat

But its wearing thin

It leans on me

Under pressure

Broken bones and capillaries

Hammer or nail you still take damage

Are you going to be banged on

Or do the banging

Either way it wears thin

Which makes it a lot heavier then what was initially thought

Tiny little mini pieces

What secrets are you still keeping

Who would've thought

That this is the plot

To the horrible story

With a beautiful setting

Bleed today and tomorrow search for comfort

Experience what it means to be fully alive

If you know how to believe

And bleed
