SNAKES

Yes
We have the power
To destroy
And the power
To self destruct
If we chose

Of course a power not used
Is no power at all
And the power used to self destruct
Is still power indeed

And that is where
Power of self control is paramount
Where the power of self awareness matters
(Are you aware)

Have you ever used your power
To self destruct
Have you ever used the power
Of self control

It matters still
In matters great and small
When you use that power
To control others
And then the revolt follows
And the power used to control others
Swings back at you
Like a snake
Unbound
Hisssssss

I hear her there, alone, up above
A poem, a painting in the sky, a
Northern dream, an eye
Looking down,  lights phantasia
glow, to earth from above,  a fantasy spectacular,  her voice
Calming northern cool as mint and winter winds,  miles across this barren land lends hope to searches
I cannot give up.
Someday may the Norse gods and southern generals make peace and stop haunting my love and dreams,
might a line be crossed with will, determination,
my love and I united.

Sip
And so, amazingly
The sky stays blue
Sun blazing,  the world
Spins round on axis
Dizzying all us hanging
On by threads of hope
Dangling
Thoroughly spent
Dead tired worn out
Like a load of wash Saturday
Night, put in wet
Out dry perhaps but
Natural is not that.
I take another
Sip

Taking inspiration from the common conscience the cosmic compilation
I write of the most simple the stellar implications of a whole world of individuals coming to any decisions
Realizing it's absolutely amazing, what with how I see ****** hate prejudice **** crime ****** child molesters rich billionaires complaining about foodstamps recipients as they bilk public entities accounting for it with we all do it. As I watch the stadium rise out of ashes of torn down blackened buildings a third paid for the rich from public coffers, I see sit amazing. How I've lost touch not just with human nature but nature herself. And I sit watching this man made monster gobble the earth .
It's becoming us. The earth is becoming just us. Our needs wants lists desire. Immediately. I want.
We're teaching it.  It's becoming more ingrained with every generation. I deserve.
So I'm  just going to hibernate in a hole not listen not react. Hide forever. Till we all bust.
I see it in the collective.
Theres no conscience left
I'll come out when it's just us in a ball all hurling through the universe no earth underneath.

Banjo twangs footpads on the hood
Chirps of birds eight cylinder ****** low roar of lion lust
A colloidal rust like metal out side the closed door upon its front a rap a knock a lightly tapping dot dot dot
Upon the inner ear is must have
Heard is must have been was seen
Long or near a time had been
That ****** a love sick note upon the metal roof or cedar floor calls a memory a dream but hooting owls do this at dark not upon a stark bright light who bays howls screams and cries I hear in earthen things and bowels barreling forth forlorn the calling masks an earthly scowl I have been misbehaved to take her gifts with no display of gratitude I gave or bow it any interlude to pray to gods gods or her the mother of all
Of our nature things

Thrown 'round like metal roofs  in
Gales of hurricane winds
Thrashing crash about the nearest stout metal pole
Or as the rush of swollen streams
Back up around the fallen tree
Awaiting release to course again
To flow free to come is known
With nature's gifts of beauty
Grown come hells fury when
A thing stands barricading fleshed release and earthly howls and natures fury shall wrap her legs around your
Furry back like a tigress and a typhoons rath
