The wild seawind
By

Jude Kyrie

Let me leave a salted kiss like  the wild seawind

Full of ocean spray and nature's guile

Excite sweet passions in your mind

Let me touch your heart where love I find

Bring  night birds songs to make you smile

Let me leave a salted kiss like  the wild seawind.

Bring starlit gifts and a heart to blnd

With music sweet and a love that's wild.

Excite sweet passions in your mind

In windswept dreams my love you will find

A heart thats loyal through every trial

Let me leave a salted kiss like the wild seawind

I will love you even when old and lined.

And stay faithful every travelled mile

Let me leave a salted kiss like the wild seawind

Excite sweet passions in your mind
I usually write freestyle this is a step outside for me.
But then Robert Frost
Said poetry without rhyme
Is like playing tennis without a net.
I am crap at tennis also

This is a different era
And a different time
George Floyd and Aumaud Arbery
Are the new paradigm
What happened to both of them
Was clearly a crime
And now their killers
Will have to do the time

This is a different era
And a different time
A mother looked towards heaven
And received a sign
Once in a while
Justice can be blnd
And different races
Of the human kind

This is a different era
And a different time
Despite the opposition’s efforts
To vilify and malign
Aumaud Arbery
The Jurors were disinclined
To measure him
As he was so poorly defined

This is a different era
And a different time
Where occasionally reason
Gives us the rhyme
So that those who are guilty
Of committing a crime
Will not get away
With crossing that line

Did you hear what
Your ignorant president said?
“It is a great day for George Flyod,”
Although he is dead.
And the National Guard
Should let lose their lead
On peaceful demonstrators
Even after they’ve fled

Only the Donald
Would have the nerve
To invoke a black martyr
In order to serve
As a cheap talking point
Because of the curve
In the jobless rate
Like it was an hors d'oeuvre

The man has no conscience
As we can well see,
Because if he did
He’d let well enough be
But he believes everything
Is about He
Cuz anyone else
He’s too blnd to see

I don’t know why I’m
Even amazed
A bout anything he says
Now-a-days
He’ll never correct
His errant ways
He believes in hutzpah
Because hutzpah pays
