mum was always there to dry up all your tears
always there beside you in your younger years
there to give her love when ever things went wrong
she would you hold you her arms with her love so strong
always there for you.   your a rock and your best friend
a mothers love is always there it will never end
so on this mothers day send her your love too
love her just the same .  as much as she loves you

i saw  a christmas angel with wings so big and white
she sat there beside me on a christmas night
she told  me of the story of our christmas day
about an infant child laying in the hay
she told me of the saviour that would change the way we live
about his love and passion to the world that he would give
she made understand about  our christmas day
then gave me a smile and gently flew away

a star shone over bethlehem on a holy night
lighting up a stable so very very bright
there inside a baby sleeping in the hay
born to all mankind and gave us christmas day
a birthday we all share thats filled with lots of joy
that brings  lots of happiness to every girl and boy
we thank the little boy lying in the hay
this special little child who gave us christmas day

there was a teddy bear the children loved him so
everywhere the children went teddy he would go
he loved in the park he would play all day
playing with the children made his life so gay

he loved it the park playing on the swings
rundabouts and slides and lots of other things
building little castles for everyone to see
he was very clever a clever bear was he

he was always happy children loved him so
to the little teddy they gave his heart aglow
then when he got tired he had a sleep and then
back to all the children so he could play again

i like to see the scenes that mother nature made
they are in my memory and will never fade
the valleys and the hills. waterfalls galore
all the great big trees oak and sycamore.

all the great big mountains standing oh so tall
the beauty of the mist as it begins to fall
mother natures picture a landscape masterpiece
the wonders nature brings will never ever cease

i saw a band of butterflies with there colors bright
yellow gold and green some were black andwhite
flying round the flowers all around the trees
hovering in the air on the summer breeze

they filled me with delight such a sight to see
flying everywhere they made me feel so free
showing of  there colors underneath the sun
flying round the plants having so much fun

then they flew away like a squadron in the sky
i watched them as they left as i waved goodbye.

in this world we live in. its began to change.

as so many things start to rearrange

climate change and warming the planets in a mess

and the earth we live on is suffering distress.



icebergs melting daily sinking in the sea

now no longer upright like they used to be

hurricanes and storms now there are many more

flooding out the land on each and every shore.



the world is changing fast getting worse each day

the world that we once knew now so far away.

do we go to heaven high up in the sky
is this where we go to if and when we die
are there pearly gates that they let you through
is your soul inside waiting there for you
are thats lots of angels that become your guide
to keep you safe from harm while your there inside
is it like they say a kingdom full of  love
a place that we can share with good lord up above

in the corner of my bedroom there sits a teddy bear late at night he wanders when nobody is there.

he wanders down the stairs  and all around the house. quiet as can be  just like a little mouse.

then when he gets tired.to his corner goes  sits there until the next time.
and hopes that no one knows.

love is for reason to make two hearts unite
brings  you both together when your love is right
gives you such a feeling as it begins to flow
when your love is real love it will let you know
keeps your soul so happy makes you feel content
love is for a reason that is heaven sent

when the summer comes time to holiday

packing up your cases for your trip away.

to a land of sun.  beaches.  sand.and sea

that special time of year where your life is free.



time for clubs and dancing having lots of fun

lying on the beach soaking up the sun

that  favorite time of year that you love the best

time to holiday and a well earned rest

theres a little valley it has a little stream
it has lots of fish like carp and roach and bream.

i sit there for hours and watch the water flow
gently trickling by. flowing very slow.

i can see the fish basking in the sun
jumping up and down having lots of fun.

then i watch the ducks swimming in the reed
sifting out there food by picking through the ****.
.
i could sit for hours  its a place i love to be
where everything is calm.
and makes life feels so free.

take a little kindness  give it all away
make somebody happy if only for a day
send it round the world for all the world to share
to each and every nation show them that you care
give it to the poor where ever they may be
kindness it cost nothing kindness is or free
something you can give something we can share
kindness is for everyone each and everywhere

mother natures beauty is scattered all around
all around the world her beauty can be found
animals and birds and many other things
these are all the joys that mother nature brings
flowers in there bloom filled with lots of grace
all the beauty of the planet thats mother natures place
makes us want to smile at the splendour that we see
if not for mother nature none of this would be

theres a place in the valley where lots of lillies grow
where bluebirds softly fly gently as they go.

lots of lovely grass a green as it can be
such a lovely site in the valley you are free.

snow covered mountains peaceful and serene
like a picture post card to complete the scene.

theres a big blue sky  bluer than the sea
my place in the valley is where i long to be

there was a little dog all he did was roam

he was just a stray and never had a home

in and out of bins looking for a treat

perhaps a great big bone that he loved to eat.



sleeping anywhere that he could lay his head

in hedgerows and in alleyways they became his bed.

a proper doggy orphan without a place to stay

very sad and lonely a proper little stray.



oneday on his travels a lady passing by

saw the little dog and she began to cry

took the doggy home and the dog she fed

got some woolen blankets and made the dog a bed.



the dog he settled down now he had a home

someone who would love him no longer have to roam

the lady she was happy she and found a friend

such a lovely story that has an happy end

its hard to give up smoking to put down your last ***
when the urges say to you just have another drag.

then you pace the floor trying to beat the surge
as you feel your body have another urge.

they say to give up smoking you got to have the will
and if it beats you will be smoking still.

soon we say goodbye to the year from before
shortly it will go it will go not there anymore
a new one will begin the we must start a new
while you take a guess whats in store for you
so take it  nice and easy take it nice and slow
at the stroke of midnight the old year it will go

i looked out  the window on a  spring time morn
flowers waking up as they see the dawn
birds begin to sing to brighten up the day
telling us that spring is truly on the way
daffodils are blooming standing so upright
with there golden flowers  bringing such delight
the sun begins to shine sending down its ray
bringing lots of happiness on a spingtime day

why do people fib why do people lie
hide there self from truth so truth  the can deny
why do they try to  hide behind a truth untold
do they have no conscience why are they so cold
do they hide themselves from the lies they tell
or his it just habit that they know so well
perhaps we will never know we dont have the proof
through the lies they tell they can hide the truth

i love it the moutains with it rocky tops
and the mountain music it just never stops
fiddles and  the banjos puts dancing in your feet
dancing all day long to the mountain beat

i love grandads chips that he makes for me
pizza and the beans that he makes for tea
better than the chip shop made in grandads way
i love grandad chips i could eat them every day

some people they get lonely at this time of year
christmas time alone no body will come near
no presents there to open on a christmas day
to them the sign of happiness is so far away
no one there to care or tell there troubles to
left there all alone in a world so blue
so think about the lonely on this christmas day
and how they must be feeling in world so far away

sometimes we say sorry as a sign of guilt
apologise sincerely for all the wrong we spilt
it seems to be word that is hard to say
such a little word just a breath away
it  takes a lot of courage that has to come from you
just to say your sorry isnt hard to do

i have a little dog a funny chap is he
when he wants a walk he brings his lead to me
sits down at my feet gives a little bark
telling me its time to take him to the park.

he just loves it there so he can chase his ball
bringing it to me his favourite thing of all
children they all love him a friendly chap his he
he always makes them smile fills there hearts with glee.

he is my best friend and will always be
my best friend for life and he belongs to me.

i thought i saw an angel while sitting in the park
sat there on a cloud as it was getting dark.

she wore a lovely gown of satin and white lace
with a great big smile worn upon he face.

she had a golden harp and began to play a tune
sat there on her cloud underneath the moon.

a lovely melody that echoed in the night
such a lovely tune so cheerful and bright.

she sat there a while then my vision went away
i still hum her tune to this very day

sometimes love is blind and turns the other cheek
plays with your emotions and leaves your body weak.

turns you upside down turns you inside out
takes away your feelings leaves your mind in doubt.

leaving love seem cruel.  not what its meant to be
when love gives you its blind side. it something we dont see.

i went down the beach just other day
just a little drive not to far away
sat down on the sand underneath the sun
then paddled in the water having so much fun
there were lot of others just the same as me
walking on the sand looking out to sea
children building castles playing in the sand
with a little ***** they had in there hand
it was really nice to see the children play
having lots of fun on such a lovely day

i hate going shopping standing in a cue
someone breaking in wind stood in front of you
you cant get away someone stood behind
the smell that you can sniff isnt very kind
so  you grin and bare it and hold on to your nose
what else can you do nothing i suppose

when ever you get bored this is what to do

sit down and write a poem with a line or two

write down what you feel wether sad or blue

write whats on your mind what ever comes to you.



this will stop your boredom help to pass the time

what ever comes to mind just write it in your rhyme

put it on the net put  it on for free

share it with the world for everyone to see

if i was in a circus i would be a clown.
making people happy when ever they felt down.

i would make them laugh in my funny suits.
with a great big nose and a pair of funny boots.

if i could make them happy then its all worth while.
knowing to a sad face i could bring a smile

love it is a bond that we all possess
brings us lot of joy and lots of happiness
something very  special in every heart its found
love it comes to everyone love is all around
helps to unite and makes us feel so free
helps the world to live in peace and harmony

i looked out my window it began to rain
dropping just like teardrops on my window pane.

dropping very fast and crying even more
all along the sill and landing on the floor.

then the sun came out and brightened up the day
dried up all the tear drops and took them all away

i saw a christmas robin with his big red breast
sitting in the snow sticking out his chest
he began to sing a lovely christmas song
singing oh so sweetly singing loud and strong

such a lovely tune i began to hum along
it made me feel so happy as he sang his song
when he finished singing the robin flew away
i still hum his song to this very day

let me out of this dark room.
inside this sack inside this womb.

growing fast in this dark place.
floating round in confined space.

no light or sound no company.
in nine months time i will be free

stepping out into the light.
to the world so very bright.

then at last i am free.
the world outside i will see.

life is full of challenge each and everyday

we just never know what challenge comes our way

its the game of life that  we all must face

each and everyone each and every place.



each day they are different than the one before

another day of challenge that we must face once more

a game that we must win so we all can live

take what ever challenge what ever life can give

there was a story told  about two little pigs
one he played the flute the other he did jigs
traveling all around they just love to play
making people happy every single day
playing tunes and dancing in each and every town
they would entertain till the sun went down
people loved see them they gave there hearts a glow
they traveled miles around  just to see there show
the story of the pigs it his now complete
such a lovely tale and very very sweet

the beauty of the amazon is way beyond compare
filled with lots of wildlife some of which are rare
lots of colored birds  with colors that are bright
singing in the jungle bringing such delight.

crocodiles and snakes great big spiders too
many many more these are just a few
plants that have such beauty covering the ground
growing everywhere growing all around.

a place with so much beauty for all the world to see
nature at its best that we can view for free

money makes the world go round or so the people say
though it cant buy love that you give away
it can buy you luxury or a great big yacht
it cant buy your love this it just cannot

love it cant be bought its something you cant buy
something that you own till the day you die
there to give away a very special thing
there inside your heart that money just cant bring.

wether you are rich or a millionare
love is not for sale though its everywhere.

birds they sing there chorus in the early morn
sing there little song welcoming the dawn.


cockerel he his there  giving you his crow
another day is here thats how he  lets you know.

sun is coming out breaking through the cloud
daffodils are upright standing in a crowd.

a new day has arrived happy bright and gay
given to us all mother natures way

the beauty of the tiger is way beyond compare
with its lovely coat.  black stripes every where
stalking out its prey as silent as can be
hidden in the grass so they prey cant see

waiting for his chance till his prey is still
then a mighty pounce as he begins his ****.
drags his food away to fill his appetite
this creature royal and regal fills me with delight

i have a little dog he loves to chase that cat
every time he sees him where ever he his at
running round the room all across the floor
up and down the stairs in and out the door
the cat he is so clever jumps upon the sill
so the dog cant reach him sitting there so still
then he has a bark frustrated with the cat
the cat he takes no notice stays where he is at
when is game is over and his chase is done
he curls up in his bed dreaming of his fun

they say thats bats are blind and they cannot see
yet they fly around flying oh so free
they have a built in sonar. guided by the sound
this wonderous piece of nature helps them get around

hanging upside they never ever fall
hanging from the ceiling hanging from the wall
just a life of darkness living in a cave
a lovely child of nature mysterious and brave

theres a fairy in my garden she comes out at night

wears a gown of silk shiny and so bright

dances round the flowers and round the willow tree

dancing the dark as happy as can be.



with her magic wand waving two and fro

lighting up the dark as it begins to glow

she has long blonde hair and tiara to

dancing in my garden there for me to view.



then when her dancing done she flies away and then

comes back late at night to dance for me again

living on an island together me and you
surrounded by the ocean in a sea of blue
swimming with dolphins having lots of fun
living on an island underneath the sun.

strolling on the sand a walk along the shore
holding hand in hand who could ask for more
it would be like heaven together by the sea
living on an island.  how happy we would be.

everyday we wake up and we start to yawn
the cockerel gives his crow welcoming the morn
the sun is shining bright lighting up the day
high up the sky sending down his ray

flowers  standing tall in the flower bed
showing of there colors yellow blue and red

birds begin to sing a lovely morning song
happy and content as they bob along
such a lovely day for all the world to see
it makes you feel happy makes you feel so free

love can leave you stranded like a ship without a shore
like a desert island alone again once more
love can leave you lonely and miles from anywhere
the shoulder that you cried on his no longer there
love take your heart away to a far off place
it can leave your mind floating into space
it can leave you lonely in a sea of blue
these are just some thing that love  can do to you

looking out the window on a christmas night
as the snow is falling pure and so white
star are over head lighting up the sky
scattered all around shining way up high.

clouds are floating by in the night so still
gentle and so calm in the season of good will
a lovely time of year when the world feels right
happy and content  on  a lovely christmas night

i saw two fairies dancing in bright moonlight
underneath the stars they danced away the night
dancing on the flowers underneath the trees
with there long blonde hair blowing in the breeze.

they wore lovely dresses of colors red and white
sequins made from diamonds shining very bright
dancing in the air and all along the ground
sprinkling lots of stardust floating all around.

then they disappeared completly out of site
i wont forget the fairies that danced for me that night
