i walked along the beach and sat down by the shore
i watched the tide roll in coming home once more
then i took a paddle and walked in to the sea
as i watched the waves rolling over me

the water it was warm i could feel the heat
as the tide was rolling covering my feet
it was very peaceful as quiet as can be
just being on the shore made me feel so free

i saw two little doves kissing in a tree
cuddled up together as happy a can be
then they sang a love song  with a lovely melody
high up in the branches singing it me

it took my heart away as they began croon
in perfect harmony every note in tune
when they finished singing into the sky they flew
high up in the air  into the sky so blue

life it has no rules you go with the flow
what life holds for you you just never know
what lies round the corner you just never see
take it as it comes what will be will be

it can make you happy it can make you blue
tear your world apart break the heart in you
it goes round and round changes everyday
you just never know what will come your way

when the sun comes out it always makes you smile
brings a little happiness if only for a while
world it feels much brighter  now the sun is here
skies are blue again all the clouds are clear

gone now has the rain the sun is there instead
sun is shining brightly shining overhead
shining down on you from many miles away
bringing happiness on such a lovely day

love is all around each and every place
all round the universe maybe even space
its in the heart of everyone wether near or far
it can  make you happy be your guiding star

makes you feel complete body heart and soul
fill your heart with joy  make you feel so whole
growing even  stronger there inside of you
in love for ever more for your whole life through

guide dogs they are special and are very kind
spending all there life caring for the blind
they become there eyes so they can get around
and a special friend in there dog have found

help them cross the road when its safe to go
they are trained that way so they always know
picking up the mail coming through the door
moving any objects lying on the floor

a very special friend gentle and so kind
who dedicate there life caring for the blind

i was sitting in the meadow sat  beneath a tree
when the meadow lark sang a song to me
it had a lovely tune and a lovely melody
singing loud and clear as happy as can be

took my breath away when he began to croon
touched my heart inside with his lovely tune
when he finished singing he flew in to the sky
a teardrop filled my eye as i waved goodbye
