a bird sat in my garden he looked such a mess
sitting there so still he was in distress
then i saw a cat who quickly runaway
he must have chased the bird to catch it for his prey.

i took the bird inside and fed him with some seed
he looked very scared very scared indeed
i put out the light and left him over night
hoping in the morning he would be alright.

he was feeling better. he was bright once more
so i let him go and opened up the door
he flew into the air and waved to say goodbye
went back to his freedom in the bright blue sky

when you are a loner the worlds a bitter place
with a life of lonlieness the world is hard to face
you live in the shadows of a darkened mind
reality of life you have left behind.

nothing seems the same as the world outside
deep in to depression you begin to slide
lock yourself away in your lonely space
life when your a loner is such a lonely place

everyone  has dignity everyone has pride
something we are born something deep inside
it helps us everyday in everything we do
pride within our self that helps to pull us through

dignity we hold there within our soul
that makes us feel so proud and make us feel so whole
no matter who you are no matter what you do
dignity and pride are there inside of you

theres nothing quite like nature to help the day along
listening to the birds as they sing there morning song
singing  all together in perfect harmony
mother natures children singing  wild and free.

all the many flowers bluebell crocus to
daffodil and snowdrops these are just a few
rabbits running round in the morning sun
playing rabbit games having so much fun

there are lots of creatures there for us to view
hedgehogs and the badger  and the weasel to
the wonder  that is nature for every you and me
there in all its glory for all us to see

as we go through life we face different things
many different times what ever life it brings
what lies around the corner we just never know
we just carry on just go with the flow

there are many roads that we have to take
finding out the right one.  is a decision we must make
theres a different corner on each and every bend
we must keep on going till we find the end

these are things  in life that we all go through
each and race each every me and you
thats the way it is and will aways  be
what ever lies ahead  we must and see.

love it is a nature inside of everyone
there inside your heart it helps love carry on
it makes two hearts unite as love begins to flow
getting even stonger as love begins to grow

in your heart for ever love will always stay
never ever die or ever fade away
there to last a lifetime for eternity
inside your heart for ever love will always be

lets say a great big thankyou for the tractor run
furness and district drivers that gave us so much fun
lighting up the night with there lights a glow
raising money for there charity with there christmas show

devoting all there time that they give free
putting on a show for everyone to see
raising lots of funds helping charities survive
donations that are given  could keep someone alive

lets thank the tractor drivers for all that they have done
money that they raised  for giving us some fun
giving us there time donating it for free
giving there support for there charity
