organised a dave day that gave barrow such a thrill
the planning of the route all along the way
for the many bikers that made this special day

they really made it happen for Woody and his crew
si and all the marshalls lets all thank them to
such a lovely day for each and everyone
a memory that woody made will go on on

weather it is moody one minute overcast
then a change of heart gives the sun a blast
takes away the gloom for a little while
then changes once again takes away your smile

rain clouds over head threating to pour
changes once again sun again once more
we just never know what the weather has in mind
one minute it is moody next minute it is kind

up and down it goes like a yoyo on a string
we just never know  what weather will it bring

what lovely day for barrow yesterday
lots of bikers gathered  from many miles away
to celebrate dave myers in a bikers way
the day they came to barrow there memory will stay

showing there respect with bikers by the score
in a record number never seen before
public lined the pavements and the road side to
they clapped and they waved as they came in to view

dave he would proud to see how people care
in the hearts of everyone dave he will be there
thanks to all the bikers si and public to
for such a  brilliant day what lovely thing to do

i sat and watched the bikers as they went passing by
a tribute day for dave organised by si
they came in there thousands from many miles away
riding in to barrow on daves special day

i sat there and watched so did many more
a turnout by so many ive never seen before
showing there respect for a biker passed away
they all got together made  it a special day

they should be so proud of the tribute that they made
it will be a memory that will never fade
so thanks to all the bikers organisers to
and to si and everyone may the lord bless you

travelling to uk from the usa
putting on her concerts there are quite a few
lots of taylors fans standing in a que

all the swifties gather to watch there idol play
to see there favourite star will really make there day
singing all  her songs all her greatest hits
and to see there idol that they love to bits

i love the german shepard there so nice to see
they are very loyal and good company
bred for herding sheep many years ago
such a lovely nature that gives your heart aglow

with there lovely face thats melts your heart away
your friend for evermore they will  always stay
keep you safe from harm with there protective way
always on there guard every night and day

always there for you to keep you company
best friend in the world there could ever be

i remember grandma she loved a country song
playing her guitar  as she sang along
i would sit and listen to  my grandma sing
happiness to me grandma she would bring to me

when i was feeling down grandma she would play
with a country song take my blues away
sing me to sleep when i was just a kid
each and every night thats whats grandma did

now im all grown i remember to this day
remember all the songs grandma used to play
how she sang to me till i fell asleep
these memories of grandma i will always keep
