today it is a sad day.  lionesses lost there roar
spain they played much better wouldnt let them score
world cup has eluded them it wasnt meant to be
tho has runners up still made history

they have made us proud and will back once more
next world cup they play will be better than before
put ladies football on the map.  for all the world to see
