      You came into my life
When my life was a drag
You gave me what I needed
I was blind to the red flags

I didn’t know you needed me
More than I needed you
I’m still trying to recover from
What you put me through

Like a Leech you attached yourself
I guess it was just my luck
You fed off of me and more and
More of my life you would ****

I was getting weaker and weaker
Burning in the fire of your Hell
I was walking around in a Zombie haze
Under your Witch Wicked spell

You took advantage of my situation
You put yourself in the limelight
You pushed me back in the shadows
Until I realized you were just a Parasite

There’s Always Angles

      Life is life, it’s always gonna be
This way, there’s nothing we can do
So there’s only two options and there’s
No in between, the choice is up to you

**** will always be **** and **** stinks
I mean you can’t have high expectations
It came from an *** and therefore
It definitely has its limitations

Flush that **** and wipe that ***
And get on with your day
You can’t afford to let it get to you
You can’t allow it to get in your way

I know, I know, sometimes it’s not easy
But are we weak or are we strong
Do we fight or do we surrender when
Everything goes so very wrong

There’s always Demons and they attack
From all of the various angles
Dismiss those Demons and Acknowledge
This also There’s Always Angels

Change

       The Sky turned to a blood red
With highlights of various shades of grey
The wind began to blow a stiffer breeze
Hinting signs that a storm was on the way

A warning siren began to whale
Deep inside I felt the Demon rise
Feelings suppressed for years came
Bursting out as an anger of no compromise

In the mirror there was a face
Staring directly back at me
And I was facing the fear of the
Person that I never wanted to be

Everything came to a head like the
Mt Saint Helens Volcano when it blew
A creature had awakened from inside
That unconsciously I always knew

In the aftermath of the destruction
There was a feeling so sad and strange
I glanced into the mirror once more
And decided it was time for a Change

Distance Can’t Escape Time

      Our species lives on a big ball
In the vastness of space
All we can do it seems is to fight
Simply for the difference in our race

The one big question I ask is why
There’s no rhyme or reason for hate
There’s not one person on Earth who
Can explain how did it originate

We all dream of a better future
Yet no one can let go of the past
If we cannot learn to love then
Forever the hate will last

With this concept we find that the past,
Present and future are one in the same
You might as well take a picture of any
Decade and put it in a frame

You can dream  about a new planet in
A far off galaxy, a life so sublime
But eventually you’ll face the reality
That Distance Can’t Escape Time

Planet X Or Planet Nine

      In the deep darkness of Space
It’s been lurking desperately trying to hide
It has stayed in the shadows because
Of its own selfish stubborn pride

It still thinks it hasn’t been identified
Because of its ego and its arrogance
But I’ve always appreciated the mystery
That’s always been part of the romance

So there’s a part of me that hopes
Like everything else it’s just fake news
But there’s a part of me hoping it’s true
And I struggle with which to choose

If it doesn’t exist then it’s still just
A fantasy and an unproven mystery
If it does exist, we could become extinct
And be part of Earths unknown history

I just want to see it in the night sky
Even though I know it’s the end of time
Still It would be such a spectacular sight
This Planet X Or Planet Nine

Lose Control

     You’ve got everything in the
Palm of your precious hands
You think everyone else sees the World
In Black & White and nobody understands

You’ve got the power and there’s only
One rule and it’s gotta be your way
If the people refuse to comply
They can hit the Highway

Nothing can get in your way as you
Get all you can take, you’ll never stop
Clearing the Path you’re on as you
Navigate your way to the top

But your life is full of heartache
And darkness and setbacks and pain
You can’t be happy in your pursuit of
Happiness and your tears fall like rain

There’s a fire below and the contract
On the table, The Devil wants your soul
Jesus says the key to happiness
Is Simply to just Lose Control

Angel Azrael

     Dear Jesus, If I could take this time,
I just want to talk to you.
You see most of the time I’m okay
But lately I’ve been feeling blue

I know that I’m not in charge and
I’ve got no say in the order of the list
And though I can get angry, I know
It doesn’t do any good to pound my fist

I know it’s not my place to question
So I’m not here to ask you why
I know you don’t owe an explanation
For the tears that I cry

You’ve taken so many of my loved ones
Over the years and in recent days
Though in my pain and sorrow, I still
Give you my love and your praise

Still fresh is the Death of brother Steve
Aunt Jaunita and Uncle Dean
And even so the ones taken before it feels
Like yesterday that the cut was clean

I can’t command or demand but please
Don’t take my Sister Tina before me
I don’t want her to go, so in my prayers
I ask is this the way it must be

There’s those who will say that the Bible
Is nothing more than a Fairytale
I know the truth and I beg you, I’m not
Ready for my Sister to meet Angel Azrael
