I'm just a poet of circumstance.

I'm simply a poet of happenstance.

Years of sharing myself with only me.

Years of just wanting to at long last be free.

I may not be the poet that you asked for.

But I may be the poet that you now need at everyday's door.
Love;

It may not be there-

Tomorrow

A place void of fear.
A place of long last ease and rest.
A tranquil active creek with subtle sounds of water flowing.
A place where the lions and the sheep play.
I see Heaven and a place for all beautiful hearts to forever stay.
The lights flickered and then all went midnight.
That's when we lose our names, 'out of sight'.
He, she, they, him, her.
In the daylight.
In the darkness.
In the Winter.
In the Summer.
I want to have a name that falls from your lips.
I may one day lose life's grip.
You may not be with me on this trip.
But please remember my name.
He, they, him is simply not the same.
When death here on earth has claimed another
