There's a little lass I know,
Whose heart beams with bright sunshine.
It's her heart of TLC,
That's cherished like vintage wine.

The sun is a brilliant star,
And is medium in size.
Mary Anne's heart I find big,
And it I surely do prize.

Sunshine from her heart is seen
Radiating beauty bright.
Her heart gives off more sunshine,
Than do heavens stars at night.

Though she's older than I am,
It's her sunshine heart I prize.
It gets sweeter by the day,
And it also gets more wise.

Little Miss Sunshine's bright heart,
I find gentle, warm and kind.
Heaven's stars do not have gold,
But in her heart, it, I find.

Lord, help me in life's trying times,
And when difficult life I find:                
During these times dear loving Lord,
Grant to me a real peace of mind.

At times when my heart is broken,          
With your love, Lord, you can mend it,
And with your love brightly beaming,        
I can see my heart brightly lit.  

You are the one I can turn to,
Especially when I am in need:      
When I need a friend you are there,
Dear Lord, you are a friend indeed.        

Protect me Lord from all evil,
Graces Lord. please grant unto me:  
Draw me real close to you dear Lord,    
Flee me from every enemy.

So that it will be at peace.

So I'm able to be free;
The good that is in others,

Lord, bestow your peace on me,
So I can live happily.

Lord, help me be slow to act,
When patience I'm in need of:
Lord, give me wisdom I need,
So I'll know how I should love.

Help me live as you want Lord,
With heaven my destiny:

Living a life that's holy.

When I encounter hardships,
And lemons life gives to me:
Put in my life some sweetness,
So I won't be so grumpy.

You know what I can handle,
And things that are hard to bear:    
Help me that I won't lose hope,

Lord, give me your strength and grace,
That I will need to please you:   
Help me strive for holiness,
In the things I say and do.

When I find life difficult,
Stay by my side, Lord, I plead:
Your blessings bestow on me,
And the wisdom that I need.

Help me put my trust in you,
It's during times when I do :

To you. Lord, help me stay true.

Lord, be with me through my life,
Especially during strife.

When life is far from rosy,
And is a thorn in our side:
We need to turn to Christ our Lord,
So He can open our hearts wide.

Christ wants us to be at peace,
Happy he wants us to be,
He wants to come in our hearts,
He wants us holy and free.

Guide us daily Jesus Christ,
So in life we will not stray:
Be our Light that shows the way,
Listen to us when we pray.

When we find life hard to bear,                    
Show us then that you'll be there.

Whiter than winter's snowflakes,
Radiant light Christ does bring,
All throughout the universe,                
It is found brightly shining.        

Where the weather is frigid,
Or where it is hot and bright,
When hearts are in Christ's presence,
It is a sight of delight.

Dear Lord, fill my heart with warmth,
And also, your peace and love,
Radiant make my heart be,
So much more than stars above.

Make the light of your heart, Lord,
Touch my heart, so it's restored.

Lord, bring peace into my heart,
This request I ask of Thee.
When I am blind to the truth,
It, Lord, help me clearly see.

Joys that life can bring to me,
Help me be open to them;

And treat each one like a gem.

Help me draw them to my heart;
And the blessings that they bring,

And harm to me it does bring,

When life has its ups and downs,
And we find it hard to live,
Stabilize our lives then, Lord,
Help us know how to forgive.

With your help, Lord we'll triumph,
Living as you want us to:
Give us needed endurance
That holiness we'll pursue.

Merciful Lord, please help us,
Put temptations underfoot:
A true wise way of living
Into our minds, Lord there put.

Dear Lord, give us strength we need,
So that wimps we will not be:
Help us Lord to know your will,
What it is Lord, help us see.

During times of temptation,
Help us, quickly, Lord, to flee,        
Show us how we are to live,
Graciously give us mercy.    

Help us grow closer to you,

All human life has great worth,
On a cross for us you died:

Lord, help us to respect life,
