Truth has no finesse,
It is bitter and it hurts,

He for man,
She for woman,
Men don't get pregnant,
Only women are blessed with that gift.
If Allah has made women different from men,
Why do we strive to be equal.
Yes, women can be empowered,
And strive to better men,
But, cannot be their equal.

After a huge fight,
My situation was tight.
I was at my wits end,
I had to apologize  to my best friend,
For he knew my darkest secrets,
To spill them, he would not wait,
If he became my worst enemy.

I pushed away my cup of hot tea and warm scones,
My throat constricted,
Tears flowed in torrents,
Refusing to subside.
I visioned the Dump Site I visited a few days ago.
The depth of poverty we do not know about,
Garbage Pickers abandoned by the world,
Everything about them permeated by the ghastly trash smell,
Discriminated by society.
Furhaha and her twelve children
Sat huddled under a plastic sheet,
Large puddles of  raw sewage scattered around them,
Emitting foul smell.
None of the children knows who their real father is
Furhaha and her two daughters time and again face ****** abuse and often ****.
What to do, where to go,
Too poor for health care or support.
The Dump Children walk, climb,
dig and ****,
Collecting recyclables,
Plastics, glass and metal,
For a meagre one dollar or much less for the survival of the family,
In return for cuts and bruises
from broken bottles, nails and syringes,
With sometimes risks of being buried under fresh garbage.
Please HELP!
They need love and care,
They need to be in school.

for lazy grandma
keep one candy on each stairs
entice her to climb.

My mind is a museum of unlighted bulbs,
It's dark and murky,
Please help me clear my mind,
And return it to its original clarity.

Are toxic
Avoid them,
Some are like ads,
Skip them
Some are sugar-coated,
Too much sugar is not good,
Some are savoury snacks,
Enjoy them

In every transaction there is a profit or loss,
Mine was a total loss the day my work force (children) left.
My mum said to get married so I would have a family who would take care of me,
My loss or my punishment,
I got married to talk to empty walls.
