Is poetry,
Sip by sip,
Verse by verse,
Offers solace,
To savour the moment.
Early morning
Steaming hot tea,
A magic key ,
With it's fragrant aroma,
Awakens poetic thoughts,
Warms the heart,
And nourishes the soul,
A soothing ritual.
Me, my cup of tea,
And my poetry
Time stands still,
As this simple pleasure,
Calms and inspires.
And among friends and family,
Sorrow, pain and anxiety is shared,
Whilst happiness is multiplied.

There would be peace,
No war,

And neighbouring countries jealous of
