Is just a piece of paper,
But it's  value makes the world dance to its tunes,
A paper that has power,
It creates status and its greed destroys humanity.
It can cause fraud and injustice,
Most importantly break relationships.
At my age and with my children abroad,
I sometimes need help from friends and relatives,
Like shopping, oversee repairs in the house,
ordering things online or getting things for me from overseas.
But I make sure I pay them in full for the favours they have spent on my behalf,
So next time they don't hesitate to help.
I only need physical help,
For me maintaining relationship is most important,
And sometimes when I am ignored help,
I just look towards Allah,
He finds a way.

Exam is like your icecream has fallen from the cone,
From hearsay  and tips what you have
studied hal the topics are not there.
Exam is like drought has hit you,
Your life is parched and dry,
No friends, phone, music or T.V.
Exam is like under FBI surveillance ,
Mum,dad and even siblings all monitoring you.
How did the paper go?
Thumbs up and a big smile to pacify family,
Exam over,
At last free.

When I was born a girl,
I was the responsibility of my father,
So I was given his name as my second name.
After marriage I became the responsibility of my husband,
So his name was attached to my name,
But with Allah and his Angels,
I am always known by my father's  name.
