Always picked me to run her errands,
Which other pupils craved to do to be in her good books,
It was not because I was her favourite pupil,
Or picked flowers for her.
She was smart,
She knew I was very lazy,
Even to raise my hand to give answers in class.
But being lazy is lazy,
I mostly had doting pupils to do the task for me.
