Distract
Allow me to untangle
The truth and the fable
Only the one fully himself,
Who fully "is" can fully help
This state that finds
Us undermined
So in the throws
We hide our eyes
So out of sorts
Our thoughts unwind
And fill our minds
With wastes of time

But lost and found
Abstractly bound
Can come to mean
What's seen unseen
In place of finding
release the chase
Tune the rule
The walking race
I'm not the me
I'm something else
I know the one
who knows himself

Reformations
Asked to rewrite your verses and curves, I would start with the obvious and end on your nerves.
Freeze, tease, please

These are the thoughts and still the heart glitches, type passion aggressive resowing the stitches.
More, core, sore

Bore me with pages all sullen in ink,
Not another retelling what words would you think.
Less, dress, mess

Guess the next line win a dubious prize, fling fate a falter then resummarize.
Green, seen, keen

Mean as a measure penned for more kindling, recurred, reimbursed, remet in the dwindling.
Mend, lend, end

Fend for the hapless reposing the story, I've edged on the ledges your figure for glory.
Aghast, Tasked, masked

A voided
I might search for the horseman's healer
He appears when the need is greatest
I lack nothing in the world surrounding... But I lack myself

I gave everything I could think to give, a future's full of expectation and a few random suggestions
I lack no bit of imagination... But I lack myself

I fill a home for her to return, it's not your everyday stray cat situation
I lack no meaningful level of comfort... But I lack myself

I clearly articulated three descending metaphors and the healer is yet to show
I lack nothing more than you, dear reader... But I lack myself
I've been attending a weekly writers workshop lately, it has produced some gems.

Meeting myself again
There's nothing wrong with being a bad wisher
I wish we knew that first
Spider spider, apple cider
Bench on old worn dusty paths
Crawling, sprawling and appalling
Inch closer to the whole and halfs

Peter Peter or and either
Both trees overlook the gloom
Ready steady toss the eddies
A week is weaker or too soon

Giver giver, baby critters
days adrifting off the web
Laughter after, doesn't matter
Eight long and prickly little legs
I love words

Island
the soft blue brown of your various poses
this is my Cebu, my Manila,
the soft new sounds of the streets and people
though not my home it is my own, my special experience of a people so full of love and service to others that they often can't even see themselves.
the soft view of boats offshores in their fishing
their work is a joy for funding their leisure,
their leisure is a joy, refueling their work.
the soft hue of twilight as fiesta dies down...

The sweetest blue brown of various poses.
