Glass-dream

One day,
I'll whisper all my secrets;
all those unspoken wishes etched on the creased edges of my heart,
those lost in the depths of my skin
& and &
those little daydreams that blurs my vision

into
a
glass jar.

Oh, he thinks
I am silly.

The whole starry universe can say
I am silly.
That I am a fool.

But that's
fine,
sweet-hearts.

I'll lock it away, write a note on the side.
Let it be slightly yellowed and creased with time.
Just a ***** of a reminder
of
what
tick-tocks
can do.

Here lies something so very powerful in your hands.
An alchemy of messy hope entangled with rhapsodic notes of my soul.

Now, what you do next is to be

reckless.
Daring.

I want you to b r e a k this glass.
Let happy sighs escapes those parted lips.

Make another laugh line; one that creases your cheek and eyes.

Fill your lungs with the sweet, sweet balmy air.

Let what you promised with half-drawn infinity signs be filled,
now what dances on infinity will never lose its way.

Speak the words you have been wishing to say.

In between the cracking of glass shards, let the sweetness of the daydream meld *wildly.
I cannot quite believe it!
I have reached a 100 & two lovely readers.
To those wonderful readers who have read my poems right from the beginning, to the lovely ones that read it on the odd Monday or to the people who are reading this for the first time.
Thank you,
there is always something inherently special to transcend emotion through words to another person.
Perhaps, it's like a little letter of emotion with their name tagged on it.
So, here is another one,

I look up to the sky
and what do I see
a shooting star
and its shining for me
but what would happen
if you were that star
would I wonder
just what you are
up high above
shining over this place
I remember how beautiful you were
when your smile lit up your face
a thousand miles
never seemed so far away
you're like a diamond in the sky
but you're invisble during the day
shine bright
my shooting star
how I'll always wonder
what you are...
Whats Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, never heard of it, mustn't be real

One* day, I hope you know, sweet heart.
That words spoken from your lips to mine were tied by that smile
&
ribboned by wispy threads of memories,

the way you stared at me in off-handed moments;
your eyes
playing peek-a-boo with mine
across a place filled with beating hearts.

Mine was the fastest, that I do know.

That you pulled pieces of my heart apart
slow & soft
like a promise,

then jigsawed it back together.

But surely, it splintered into indecipherable pieces that escapes my hopeful fingertips.

The irony is I don't wish that upon you either.
I hope you do know,
I
really
*do.
I truly think that sweet-heart is a gorgeous thing to call someone. :")
Oh my goodness, about to reach a milestone in Hello Poetry.

*happy dance*
Hope you enjoyed this nonsensical writing!

starting over was a scary option
because i already spent over 500
of my days with someone
so insignificant compared to
the infinite amount of hours i
want to spend feeling your heartbeat
when i hold your hand

nevertheless i am happy
i grasped your hand instead

Ever had a daydream that is so very lovely?

It softly and unexpectedly
ribbons and edges
your vision,
a smile dances & flits on your lips.

The starry universe's susurrations and whispers come to a silent ebb;
only daintily replaced by those
slightly creased and crinkled moments
&
future tick-tocking wishes.

It takes a full moment for it to wisp away.

Sadly, I do not know how long that moment ticks for.

Backwards or forwards?
Hoho, plot twist, hello there!
Monday Blues, nah-uh.
Let's make this week fabulous.
Go.

I missed you.

its as simple as that.

the shape of you is but a shadow,

And I found myself jumping through like a *smoke ring hoping to catch you.

but the edges always seem to vanish into thin air...

So im left with nothing

but this simple prayer.

Im sending you love on these wings of hope

to reach you because I missed you.

And its as simple as *that.
It's the middle of the day
tears flowing from my eyes
hugging a picture of you
it all came as a surprise
is the reason you don't love me
because I'm so far away
maybe not light-years
but at least a couple days
and these poems I write
all tell the same story
a girl like you
just can't adore me
and I'll just smile the heartbreak away
because I know you're much too sweet
and a heartfelt hug
I'll give if we ever meet
and maybe we won't
fall for eachother
and I may be sad
until I find another
and even if I never
see (see) you again
I can't say I'll be fine right away
but I'm sure me, him and her
will always stop to pen
another poem about how brilliant
you truly are...
