When she awoke, she was on a couch in the author's home
He was in the other room waiting for her to awake
"Are you okay, sweetheart? You took a hard fall"
She responded "you're not a cartoon after all"
"That's half true, in order for you to get it, you'll have to see it for yourself"
He took her by the hand and grabbed the comic off the shelf
It was encased in a glass box...on the covered it said issue #1
He looked back at her and whispered "the fun's only begun"
He whisked his hand across a page and within the blink of an eye
They were submerged into the Crazy Cool world
She whispers, "Where Am I?"

Had the craziest dream
That someone else stole you away from me
And said that they could give you everything you ever wanted and more
They extended their hand and you let out yours
You turned and looked back at me as he drew you away
I stood there with my hand out
Lifeless, couldn't move
My mind wanted to but my body didn't
So I woke up frantically
You weren't beside me
But then I saw you come from the other room
And I held and caressed you so tight
And whispered to you
No one is take something as special you away from me
I love you so much

The night is when my mind comes alive
Ideas and thoughts run wild
Endorphins run rampant sending signals
Creating new synapses as all of these words and images begin to formulate
How does one control it?
By doing what I love to best...
Write to my hearts content

The feel of a woman;
The longing I've missed its got me going crazy
Got me personifying different things as of lately
I remember her massaging my shoulders when I had a rough day
And my shoulder blades feel that same sensation every time I say
I remember your kiss given by your lips
And then the marks your left on my neck and shirt from your red lipstick
I just want to go back to the time where it was me and you but I can't live in the past
I wish you would come back to me, i wonder if I just ask

She buries her face in between her arms
Amidst disgust and embarrassment
A girl unclothed
A night she can't forget but doesn't remember
The question remains what got into her?
Who got into her?
The former you can blame on the liquor
The latter doesn't seem to matter
Because she doesn't seem to care
But who was cruel enough to leave her all bare
Maybe it was the same one that drew on her face when she passed out
Maybe it was the same ones that tossed her in the bathroom tub to clean off her *****
All of this night, something she never wanted

Just an ordinary girl by day
Avid comic book reader by night
She loved the comic, Crazy Cool
Read one before bed each night
One day she ran to the comic book shop
To buy the latest issue
Then she saw it was him
The author of Crazy Cool
They locked eyes
She, mesmerized
Asked for an autograph, her real intentions were a disguise
Not to him, he wrote down his number on the inside page
Just the thought of meeting him, left her in a daze
Next day, she gave him a call and he asked him to come meet her
When she arrived at his place, she was surprised no one was there to greet her
She found a comic book with a note that said turn this page
And there he was looking up at her, she collapsed in a daze

Couldn't tell if she was more in love with the surreality
Or the freedom from normalities
The ability to fall in love with a tangible inanimate thing
If it is only a drawing
His heart once beat like one of us but his passion consumed him turning him into the things he drew and grown to love
What should she do?
Escape from reality and join in the fantasy?
Or live a life asking herself what could it be?
Stay tuned for these Spilled Stories

Love fails
Because the heart doesn't pump blood
The same way it did since the time you made my heart stop
Something is different
An imbalance I don't know if it can be restored
We just lay here seeing if we can figure it out
Do I seem hopeful?
All I'm left with is doubt
