HONESTY IS IT THE BEST POLICY?
Since I've had temporal lobe surgery
Honesty has gotten the best of me

When I speak,  I don't  think your going to hear a lie
It never happens
No matter how hard I try

I know this sounds
Like a wondrous trait
Yet. there are times
When it's the truth I state
Some jump to the conclusion that this is just plain hate

What I have finally found
From God above
The truth is just straight love
