a drunk state of desire
Samson Watts Apr 2014
in solitude and self conscious well being
the truth is submerged
it's pushed until the monotony of rainy life stems an overpowering
branch
of distaste

looking inward      and outward
the distraction is great
the drunken desire is almost too much to handle
it eats at the soul!
the delicious burdens carried by all

Bright hope then rolls over the horizon
running is no longer searching
being has become the main destination
But you are your own place

the place to do as you please with time

Manipulate it. Embrace it. Deny it.
or Chase it.
