I love you.
Theres nothing more to say
To add anything
would be like
cutting an arm away.

I love you
No buts
Thats all i can say.

Life works in mysterious ways
One moment it gives you everything you want
and just as quickly takes it away.

Life choices
mistakes are made
we all have to own up to it at the end of the day

I love you
I love you
Day after Day
I trust in my path
and pray
that one day
may our lifes smile upon us
and bring us back together
one day

Day
Air

Day
Air
I want to lose myself
in an illogical need
for love.

I want to remember
to forget
how to breathe.

*What is Air
if not you?
I wonder If you knew
if I held my breath for you
I would be no more
I'd be as a hole in the floor
A bottom-less pit
I'd be a scream in space
Not being heard
Not from the stars
Exceptional from the birds
I'd be a void
a disgusting black hole with the densest concentration of mass
I'd be the silence after the laugh
In math
I'd be divided by zero
Utterly impossible
If I'd hold my breath for you
I wouldn't see
I wouldn't think
I wouldn't feel
The warmth of the presence of the one you love
I'd be the key to the theory of everything
In the words of Aristotle
In this seat, I am waiting for you
In your brown eyes I am an empty chair
Just sitting there
You'll see
Nothing

And that is all that I am....

If I held my breath for you*

If you think
It's too hard

-   That's why it is -
Think about
what you think about

The day I put the words on paper
Vulnerability existed
and yet in that fragile moment,
a bliss beyond all words
Carried them far

This was me -
and i could see her there
without a mirror
This was me - and i could see
beyond the glass
Into her heart

And in that moment
only God
could see me clearer.

print advertisements glued
to poles and light fixtures,
craving for attention;
nobody looks at the sun,
but only find their way
by winding around
elongated shadows.

we converse best in the dark:
our handwriting legible without sight.
veins pulsate, nerves euphoric
with every brushing confluence;
plucking bruises that
surface like lilac blossoms
on the terra firma of skin.

cold filament passes the incumbency
of illumination to the bona fide sun.
we bear each other’s signature
into the day, together
with the last memory of
doors closing
with us on opposite sides.
The one I love
The one I hate
I can spend
Equall amounts of time
Thinking of both
It requires
The same amount of energies
Just opposite
Or maybe the same
Both passionate
One positive
One negative
If you can say love is good
Or that hate is bad
Really
You can't
Both may reap
The same results
They can tear you apart
And pull you together again
It is as water and fire
Both may destroy
And bothe may mend
Warm a freezing child
Burn a weeping mother
Quench a deadly thirst
Drown a foolish man
My words may not tell
My intended tale
But you will take what you will
For I cannot controll your feelings
Any,ore than I controll
My versa vice
One and the same
Both
Hated and loved
Burning and drowning me
Warmings and quenching my thirst
Saving and killing
And versa vice
