A woman's heart
such a delicate flower
that blooms upon the rich warm fields
Where love calls its name.

Each petal of her
like a rich brocade
woven to the sheer delights
That fills a woman's Soul.

It is in her
that truly all mystery arises
Holds dear to form and substance
The dreams that are the worlds.

But this heart
How so it pounds
thrives for the consistency
that eternal need.

To be shared, consumed, held
In the vibrancy of want, passion
In the delicate sound of a word
in the soft touch of a hand.

It engulfs, holds her,
rushing deep
fills every gap
And makes her whole.

To live in the fantasy
where wants collide upon the breath
The sweet instinctive musk
that arouses from the depths of them.

Their passion that quivers upon
Through and for that gentle touch
To be loved whole and sweetly
lived in and with that erupting soul.

They strive in its simplicity
their want, their need
For loves fulfillment
that shines from their eyes.

have you heard of a hurricane love?
the kind of love that just sweeps
you off your feet; leaving you breath
less as you dance dangerously towards the eye,
but you don't care.
and have you felt the drizzle
love, in its consistency as it quietly comes
down on you, its touch so light as raindrops fall
from the pale blue sky (like snowflakes)
(but there could never be snowflakes in a place like this).
and a thunderstorm love,
quick in its passing but full of passion and sparks
of electricity that seem to pass through your interlocked fingers
simultaneously.

i don't know what kind of love we are.
but i do know that i love you.

You ignite me, flame licking at my bones in pure ecstasy.
I want the hate crimes enveloping me to cease, my demons dying out from suffocation.
You set my world ablaze, unadulterated heat wraps me up in a beautifully corrupt way.
I need the demons to relinquish their hold on my nearly split heart.
You delve me into scenes I don't want to know without you, without your words taking my breath away.
I see in me a soulless being, waiting to be pulled under to the depths of insanity.
You give the insanity of your past, but you give me the sanity of consistency.

People say, care less
And you will never be disappointed
Lower your expectations
And you will never be dismayed
But I say,
If there is one thing in life
That shouldn't be half-assed,
It's caring
Maybe it will hurt
Maybe it will scar
Or maybe, just maybe
It will set you free

All the stars of earthen sight, Saw the earth and all its eyes, Each in disbelief and awe, As the night smiled in soft surprise. Morning light could not take the smile, They shared for that moments while, Born of the anothers joy, Of a lovely girl, And a distant boy. In the gentle soul of midnight sky, Did he look up and smile, Did she look up and laugh, And she then would smile, At the moon she'd never own, But still she shared, And he laughed the same, As he contently stared. And he knew of love, And hurt and pain, Of the fragile risk, And the worth all the same. She knew enough of love, Of all that it could be, She knew a careful dance, Of steps only she could see, As they lead toward a path, Towards her very heart, That bled for all the world, Its pieces by the part, That made this lovely girl. And it ached, At the sight of the moon, And he felt it too, As the tides turn and swoon, To the shores of subtle discontent, Where the glass of time behind wear on, To the soft shine of times own scar, Of the blood once come, now gone. And still she danced, In the pirouetting petals of the frozen sky, The same that he danced, In the wake of that lovely girls sigh, Stars spun as fireflies should, Whilst they spun as only lovers could, In minds alike they twirled, In two minds alike, A lovely world.

you deserve a thousand poems
written about every crevice of your body
about your seamless existence
I wish I could write beautiful things for you
and
I wish you wrote positive things about me
your words are always lovely
but
the subject matter makes me want to
disappear into the folds of your
half used moleskin
I'm sorry
I can only cure your writers block
with
sorrow

a mixture of colors and laughter,
dancing and swirling around each other.

how lovely they were,
basking in their own light,
radiating off of them as they glowed with contentment.

the pair would never separate,
for they had no reason to neglect the other.

and so they danced,
from dream to dream,

simply existing to cherish one another
with all of their being
for the rest of their existence

At best you’re a rusty melody
A lyric gone foggy and distant
But don’t fret my poor lovely
I’ll  tune you right back to existence —

We’ll take on the world one song at a time,
We’ll pour our unconventional love into our rhymes.
