Luxurious life he wished he had
A woman whose understanding
A relationship that is withstanding
A job that is fulfilling
Being a Black Man is like having a curse
All the negativity needs a reverse
Being a Black Man goes beyond fact
But that’s how society see’s the Black Man being exactly like that
It’s the Black Man in sorrow
It’s a wonder if the Black Man knows he has a tomorrow
Survival seeming like a war
Assumption having no ambition to go far
The Black Man is considered a nut
Yet, it is the Black Man stuck in his own rut
There is no theory surrounding but
The Black Man needs to build up his own self-esteem
It doesn’t require any Black Man to be mean
Society will never do
In fact, they don’t intend to
The Black Man has every right to be mad
But he should not be sad
The labelling has a following that has been said for years
The Black Man doesn’t deserve to preserver
It’s the Black Man that must always have fear
The society doesn’t want the Black Man near
The Black Man’s life is considered like a novel page tear
If the Black Man doesn’t exist, there is no missing page
In essence, the Black Man has a right to have rage
But the Black Man can change in life and rearrange
The Black Man has the power to repair with principles in amend.

A story of a farm man
Acres upon acres of farmland in demand
A house that stood alone
A storm came up being unknown
Clouds gathered in a sudden darkness, which made the sun quickly disappear
Suddenly, the rain poured and flashes of lightning
Later, the Thunder added to the weather tumblence
Without warning,a  man at the farm center was struck
But miraculously, the man was only knocked down
However, a miracle seemed to take place
The man always complained about back pain
The pain was insane
But the man who had been struck by lightning, the back pain was gone
He was able to bend, twist and turn without any discomfort
The man had gone to the Doctor without any relief
In fact, it was pure grief
Right after the storm had passed, the man’s back pain was free
The Medical Doctor said they needed to operate, but he may not ever walk again
But notice operate
But once the storm came, the man got a spiritual healing from Surgeon, Dr. Healer and Finisher.

Heavy emotions with a pour out cry

It’s a Hound Dog, a bus or plane?
It’s the Flying G on the Runway Lane
Did you know Greyhound’s know how to fly?
I will explain the reason why
At one point, Greyhound dog legs leaped to the friendly skies with wings
Yes, you read right wings
The Greyhound Bus Company that was the Canadian version of Greyhound Air
A flying machine
People don’t relate the bus company to the air
It was a company beyond compare
People thought that the Greyhound bus company was grounded to the highways, but the Hound Dog was seen in the air along with the other major airlines
Just imagine a Flight Attendant voice welcoming you aboard Greyhound Air in fasten your seat belts and observe no smoking
Flying G with up and down wheel gears
Have no fear, the Flying G will help preserver
However, the airline ceased operations in 1993
The flying G was the way to go
Now you know
The Hound was always the highway flow now, but a slower pace
You will always see Greyhound’s in their race
As for the travelling passenger, it becomes an out of breath chase
Trying to keep up the Greyhound pace.

I stand, but how much can I bare?
I am speechless with nothing to say
No one knows the pain I feel
Yes my wounds are for real
Hope is a closed door
Cope has become my own ignore
I attempt to cry, but no tears fall
I kneel to pray, but Heaven doesn’t answer
I am alone in my own woes
Don’t pity me
I am what you don’t need to see
Life is not worth living
My heart can no longer keep giving
Suicide is my only way out
I hang
I died

Endure in the challenge
It’s being determined in leverage
Endurance in pouring strength
Being devoted at every length
Climb Up Climb Up
Think on the Mountain Top
Pausing only for a moment
Courage established
Committed to do it
Preparation for the task
It won’t be easy, and certainly no dash
But your mission will be clear
Ruled out will be fear
Go tell it on that Mountain
The energy like a flowing fountain
The voice of conquest in echoing out
Your emotion that will be moving about
Mountain high and wide, I am devoted to reside

It is a major city
But in this case, it’s Amtrak’s version of the city of New Orleans
The train travels through the Dixie and into the Ozarks
Mountains and trees that compliment the rails
Station stop in various parts in between being the destination trails
The City Of New Orleans having that Jazz feel
Rhythm within the train and pulsating onto the rails
The diesel engine is steadily pulling
Destination on impact with fulfilling
The Southern scent of the Deep South
Creole cooking that would excite any Traveller’s mouth
Welcome guest South
The City of New Orleans led the way
Now fellow Travellers, New Orleans is your getaway

Life is every chance
Thinking in advance
Travelling highways
Every day
Driving looking out for the other
Expecting a sudden change
Moment’s notice
A truck passed
Suddenly one of the tires blew
The tire went straight in the air
The truck suddenly went out of control
The steering wheel one had to take whole
The truck almost cut us off
We were almost hit
A Guardian Angel was looking down on us
An accident was avoided
Quick response
Overcame what could have been a situation
Lived to tell
The blessing being swell
Giving thanks
For all time.

Trapped within a color shade

Hoping and trying to grasp
There is no question for me to ask
In a maze
Loss not found
Widening directions
Can’t see anything
All amaze
Maneuvering about
Totally black
Imaging the moment if I was blind
Feeling a Blind person’s blow
I must take it nice and slow
Dark in and throughout
Darkness in control
Stuck in my own threshold
Like it or not
Darkness wins out

The Constitution tells it all
The Documentation represents the call
It was written many years ago
But there are followers adding although
They are the one’s who want to change
Make the Constitution a total rearrange
But now some Police are getting in the act with Justice of their own
It has become a world affair full blown
It now a whole new level
It’s about holding Minorities down
Knees are used to keep Minorities bound
The pain of “I can’t breathe” being the sound
But we as Americans being a time to Rise Up in Race
Understanding and integrity is in all our faces
Our mission in Civil Rights shall not be an erase
Prove to me what crime I did commit
But does jurisdiction truly fit?
Civil Rights is nothing to take light
It’s like a Living Will in plain sight
2020 has become a year of agonizing unwelcomed plight
It doesn’t matter if it is Day or Night
American’s are the multitudes with might
No matter what the although think
The Constitution was written and signed into law being ink
No matter what the cost, this is a time to emphasize
Exercising one’s right in voice is energize
Spread the message in intensify
There is no reason to apologize
There is a commitment to live
It’s everyone’s soul in determination to give
Lead us too the high mountain
It’s full of inspiration and refreshing fountain
This is the time for all to come together as one
No need for separation, but be proud to be among
I am one of the Multitude’s
My life won’t be silent as an endless conclude
I just want peace with solitude.
