A story told Sunday in Church
I see you are starting to munch
It was testified about a Funeral of a Christian Saint
No from what I heard the attendee didn’t faint
It was a large amount of guess
Again no, it wasn’t a request
All the Minister’s that were there were asked to take off their shoes
Now I wasn’t there, and I am only giving accord in what was told, and please don’t get confused
So all the Minister’s in attendance were now in their bare socks
The Ministers were majority being the flock
But there was a strange happening, the other Minister’s big toe popped out being large and in charge
It was quick thinking in putting the shoes back on
Apparently the yearn that wasn’t strong
The big toe and the sock just couldn’t get along
So a lesson here, check the socks thoroughly before you put them on
You may find yourself in a situation where you don’t belong
The sock’s maybe at their finish, and won’t make you distinguished.

Robert Conrad best known role in the TV series called, “WILD WILD WEST”
He was a Secret Service Agent
He would often be confronted with villain attacks
But Robert Conrad wasn’t one to step back
However, he had so many stunts, it’s even hard to keep track

A schedule to keep up
Precision within needing an On-Time performance
Yet it does require endurance
But you must have assurance

The clock is still ticking
But you are not moving at a fast pace, but seem too be sticking
Dragging every given mount
The clock is still ticking with no time to count
Lateness will be your time of arrival
Then again, you proved you are no marvel
However, timing is everything
Taking your time doesn’t make you a Queen nor King

The thought on the clock’s observation is that you need to retreat

There was no need for stuffing
Suddenly the Duck flew out the oven and hit the ceiling

The start leading to greatness
The man, Legend Franklyn Greene
He trained while being determined
It was pump of Bodybuilding blood
The more he trained and admired other champions before him, Mr. Greene was more inspired
It didn’t matter if he got tired, but knew he had a mission at hand
The demand to succeed
Mr. Greene was aiming for achievement and recognition
Muscle magazines were his presentation
After years of lifting weights with sacrifice started to pay off.

Mr. Greene practiced posing precision and nutrition to help him define his muscles in body transformation
Training intensity without hesitation
He entered in his first bodybuilding competitions in his homeland of TRINIDAD in the West Indies
Mr. Greene competed in the Mr. Port of Spain and Mr. West Indies and doing quite well for an amateur placing first place each time
It was a good start, but Franklyn Greene wanted to get more into the mainstream of professional Bodybuilding
It was America here I come
Moving to America, his Bodybuilding agenda took off like a 747 jetliner
Mr. Greene started competing with the best of the best in bodybuilding such as Arnold Schwarzzenger, Robby Robinson, Roy Callender, Leon Brown and the list goes on and on.

Mr. Franklyn Greene entered the IFBB Mr. World and won top honors in each year he entered
He took bodybuilding to another level by working at Mid-City Gym on West 49th Street as a Manager and Personal Trainer
In New York City
He wanted to share his theory, knowledge and experience in helping other achieve their own bodybuilding success

It was a sunny afternoon
A good day for a bus ride
I was on a Former Biss Tours on a leased bus from Suburban Trails being a division of Coach USA
We were coming from a trip in Pennsylvania returning back to New York City
We were interlocking from the I-95 Pennsylvania Turnpike onto the New Jersey Turnpike
We were met by a Peter Pan Bus Lines bus with their destination sign for New York City
Apparently, a bus race had started and we were the challengers with Peter Pan Bus
I was surprised and startled
I guess the Peter Pan Motor Coach Operator wanted to see if our driver had game
Everything in thought will remain
It was like a race feeling like a getaway chase Turnpike style
Our Biss Tours Driver went along with the challenge
It was all driving go
Speed being the flow
My thought, there were passengers on the buses, so safety had to be number priority
Also hoping no New Jersey Turnpike Authority was watching
Remember I said safety priority
It is reality
Who won the bus race?
Drum roll please
My bus, Biss Tours won
The Peter Pan Bus was totally outdone
Bus venture intrigue
Yes indeed

The aftermath unthinkable

IDA STRAUS refused to depart from her husband, ISIDOR
She quoted these words, “I will not be separated from my Husband as we have lived so shall we die together”
As the Titanic sank ever so close to the bottom of the seas, they were on deck together holding arm in arm being forever love will always live on in the Heavenly skies
Love being the lookout and uplifted
The many passengers that departed with the wounds taken with them with life extended into a new life
