Wish I had a window in my heart for you to peep through it
To see the vacant space inside bleeding without you
Which you poke with the knife of your silence
Prathipa Nair Dec 2016
Tears does not mean eyes are crying
It's aloof being part of a heart's lamentation
Tears does not mean eyes are crying
It's aloof being part of a heart's jubilation
Tears does not mean eyes are crying
It's aloof being part of heart's good and bad
Hence be tears in someone's life
Not just being a part of his joy but a part of his sorrow
Prathipa Nair Dec 2016
Doors of my heart creaking with pain in silence
Opened and closed with hands of fate
Disguised as Love of my life being the reason to live and die
Eyes of tank filled with salt water blurring vision of hope
Lost love pushing me to grave
Fear of death pulling me to face
Inside me happening this war since years
In search of a world where my heart gets to heal !
Prathipa Nair Nov 2016
Looking at each other
Only you and me
Veer round two hearts
E**loping to a new world
Prathipa Nair Nov 2016
You are something I breathe
Never leave me with a wreath
Prathipa Nair Nov 2016
Let us not listen to the heart
Let the heart listen to us
Let us be the key to control the flow of thoughts
Let us teach our heart where to stop
Let us stop it from yearning of whatever coming in its way
Let it be a heart to love with care
Let it be alive in present forgetting the extinct
Let it not worry of the upcoming future
Let our face shine by the pleasant heart !

Her hair colour of dark night
Curved ears of lotus stems
Earrings with pieces of moon
Two eyebrows of rainbows
Above her innocent eyes of doe
Chubby cheeks with rose petals
Cute lips with red cherries
Body curdled of soft butter stone
Belly alike flat banyan leaf
Hands and legs of plantains
Creating his beautiful sculpture
In his dream world of love
With his imagination of beauty
Lying on a bench, the sculptor !
