White paper of clouds
With blue ink of sky
Filled artistically
With words of stars
By the poet moon
Poem in furtherance
Of his beloved
The sea ergo blue
Clouds filled with stars
Shining akin her eyes
Kissing her lento
Smiles sea mighty green!

Seen him begging subsequent years
Speaks in his mother tongue
Which was different from mine
Kids scared hearing his voice
Telling them apropos being good
Enduringly with a smiling face
Was sheer polite with the owners
In my contemplation he was a respectful beggar
Age turned his smile getting weak
No withal seen couple of days
It has been months he nevermore came
Disappeared from our memories
However was in our subconscious mind
Visiting an orphanage to offer food
Found him sitting with his old age friends
Remembering me with my mother
Asking us how do we do
With that old smiling face
Happy to see him again unscathed
Without any loss of memory
Expressed our words remembering him
Let it be a beggar, humanity matters!

Smiling with coyness in her eyes
Blushing cherry on her cheeks
Joining him on the sand shore
Holding hands of unequivocal love
Lento nestling on his shoulder
Moon's glow touching the sea
With a bliss of love sinking deeply

Eye contact is the optimum
Language of love
Eyes speak more than words
Expressing you loving him
Eyes speaks your silence
Of lacking words
Seeing him through your eyes
Feeling him by your eyes
Keeping him in your eyes
Are the paths to your love
Taking him to your heart
Prathipa Nair Sep 2016
Those moments with him
Holding hands of warmth
Standing akin swans
To swim in the river of love
His Solicitude with me
Holding hearts of love
Becoming a couple
To live in the river of life
Prathipa Nair Sep 2016
Blowing winds with temper
White clouds hiding with fear
Black clouds projecting
With a cry of cacophony
Piercing into my ears
Tears flowing from her eyes
Drenching the world
Being rapacious with mean
Symbolising her vehemence
By raining her tears
Prathipa Nair Sep 2016
Smile abaft tears
Becomes a burden
Of heavy heart to carry
Let us open the empathy
To someone who can
Control the flow
With a hug of love
Few words of affection
Being our reason to smile!
